It all started with wanting a bagel and a coffee. Now I came at 11:05am, so when the cashier Somewhat rudely informed be that we cannot do the bagel due to the time, I was understanding. I had a buy 5 get one McCafé reward, and wanted a peppermint mocha. They didn’t have peppermint. Okay, just a mocha. Large, please. I was rang up for a small. With all the food I had from other people, I realized this AFTER I got back. Cool. I go back up to get my mocha. I have to argue with the manager and we bargain up to a medium. At this point, I’m done. Give me my damn coffee and let me go. I got back and realized this drink was literally freezing. I’m at work, so for laughs, I temp this coffee. 68 degrees. I’m drinking it. and if I get sick, I’m calling the heath department. I’ve seen this location drop a burger on the ground and still serve it. Every special request I give is a knowlege and then ignored. I once ordered a burger with no ketchup, the sticker for my request was ON THE BURGER, with, wait for it... ketchup. And you never have my sauces.
This location is so convenient so I keep giving you chances. As a manager who works in food and customer service, it’s kind of funny to see service this bad. As a customer who spends their money, it’s not. Please get...
Read moreTERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE! My husband works near the area so on lunch breaks he would always go to this disgusting McDonald's for lunch because it's close to his work place. He placed his order he waited in line for his food and when he got to the window they didn't take cards! Like what fast food does not take cards... they told him their machine was down, like hello you got a bunch of people coming here for lunch and you couldn't get your card machine fixed for the hell of it. And what pissed me off most was that they had him wait in line for his food to tell him that they don't take cards and at that time he didn't have cash on him so they wasted his time and lunch break when he could of had something to eat that day! Next time their machine is "down" they should have the courtesy to tell their customers AHEAD of time. The next incident was that he ordered juice and they gave him a soda, he had to waste more money to buy another drink. Ordered food to dine in, there was like 4 orders before my order so we decided to sit on the chairs right in front of the cashier so that we won't miss our order. People who ordered after us started getting theirs and left already. Looked at the upcoming orders and our orders were taken off the list. Went to ask them how come we didn't get our orders yet since we been waiting for like 10-15 mins and the lady who originally took our order apologize and got straight to making our orders. Right when she start, the lady, assuming she's the supervisor or manager since she wore a different shirt, helping her said out loud "that's what happened when he go sit and hide at the tables. get him his food so he can go back to the table." We ordered our food, we patiently waited for our food, they skipped our number, we went back to ask what's going on nicely and they give us an attitude? Not to mention they messed up our order when we finally got our food? No wonder customers don't give them proper respect.
