We had Pedro cater our wedding this past August in Oostburg, WI and it was AMAAAZZZING. We're still dreaming about the arepas and look for opportunities to get to the Milwaukee area to have more.
We first tried Pedro's at a gluten free event at Lakefront Brewery in May of 2023. After the first bite of the arepa, my husband and I both looked at each other and knew this was the spot. We were looking for a food truck to serve food at our wedding that also had gluten free options (I have celiac disease). Boy did Pedro's deliver!
Our menu was arepas and street tacos with multiple protein options, elotes, plantain chips and salsa, and palmitas salad. Our guests loved ordering from a food truck and Pedro and his crew were friendly and efficient - serving up 80-100 meals in 45 minutes or less. Lots of our guests went back up for seconds, and not because the portions weren't generous, but because the food was that dang good!
If you're in the Milwaukee area and looking for a food truck vendor for your wedding, definitely get Pedro on your team!

Pedro catered our wedding at the Urban Ecology Center last month and he rocked it! The spread he put out for appetizers, the entrees he served our guests and not only the quantity of food, but especially the quality was unbelievable. Tuesday at Skyline theater at a concert, food truck was there. I bought 2 empanadas, a chicken & Cubano. My girlfriend and I both ended up with food poisoning from your food. Likely the chicken one because I gave my dad half of the Cubano and he did not become ill. Just wanted to put it out there to anyone else that was there that night and may have also gotten sick.
