Honestly, our first time here was a little crazy. It was a fund raiser night for our school, and there was probably close to 100 people in and out of this place. The workers were so busy -they never stopped. They kept their cool and all did an amazing job, even though I'm sure they were frustrated with the group.
Since the wait was longer than I'd hoped - due to the massive number of customers, not the employees - my son and I snacked on the car ride home. The pizza was amazing! We like to try fresh pizza places, and the ingredients were all delicious and obviously hadn't been sitting. The sauce tasted like it was made from tomatoes and seasoned, just as I would make at home. The veggies were so bright that our pizza looked like a rainbow. Even if the chaos, the food turned out great! This is the first time I've ever seen my kids eat their pizza crust.
I think this may be one of our new favorites, for sure. My boys are already asking when we can go back. As for the breadsticks and salad - it was also super delicious. The bread was seasoned well and the salad was crisp, fresh lettuce. Even the minor issues we did experience - like a seasoning I requested be omitted from our order - turned out fine, because it all tasted so good.
The interior of the restaurant was clean and looked relaxing. The dine-in presentations I saw looked just fabulous, with pizza platters for the pies and white dishes for the sides. Everything has clean lines and just looks well taken care of. There is plenty of seating, and it was really awesome to watch the employees make the pizzas after we ordered. My son was mesmerized by the equipment and beautiful ingredients as they were arranged on the dough.
I really can't say enough how hard the employees worked and how terrific they were. This was a well-oiled machine of workers, managing any issues that came up and being kind and apologetic during a crazy situation tonight. I can only imagine how lovely the experience would be on a normal night, and I'm excited to come back and try...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePros: Very fair price; close to parlor pizza at a discounted rate. Quite tasty! Biggest selling point...ALL organic ingredients; no other options but organic!! 2-style crust choice: traditional with a self-rising perimeter ring (...my personal fave), and ultra thin (for the rookies out there...). Also have menue choices other than just pizza, e.g., pizza pitas (i.e., Fhazanies), salads, etc.
Cons: No real traditional garlic bread to compliment their good pizza. All they offer are Rocky's-style bread sticks (a foolish corporate move but hopefully they'll eventually wake up to that). No parlor style sausage (e.g., locally ground, hand plucked, etc.), theirs is pre-fabbed (similar to a Dominos or other chains; another ill-advised corporate decision). Also no real selection on desserts (...if that's important to you), very limited. They do offer beer & wine for the drunkards and wine-o's!
Overal it's a quality tasty pizza for the price; you might wanna...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried this place for the first time for lunch today. The place was empty when I got there around 11:30 so I was a bit worried that the food wasn't good but decided to try it anyway. I ordered the Prosciutto personal pizza and I was rewarded with fantastic pizza. It was salty and creamy with a crisp crust. The pizza was large enough to fill me up but not leave me feeling like I ate too much (I'm 6'1" and over 200lbs). The staff was very friendly and worked fast even though I was the only one in the store. I downloaded the app and will be heading back again for lunch to try another menu item in the future. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the Coke Frrestyle machine. . . those things...
