First time visiting this establishment seem like a cool relaxed spot went after work with co-workers on Friday for happy hour n fish fry. Frozen margaritas were good n catfish sliders also. Unfortunately it took an hour to get food, placed order twice to a lady with a purple wig who had no uniform who came to assist bartender who was moved very unexpeditiously, never smiled or seemed very low vibe and the bar was cluttered with cups n baskets as slowly took orders while people started to come to bar for service seems like he started moving slower n appeared very irritated. I was almost hesitant to to place an order. Have no fear back to lady with purple wig who I witnessed come behind bar had a few words w unmotivated bartender who clearly expressed his dismay. I assumed she was there to help out but wait she made a drink not for a customer but herself n proceeded to sip n leave the bar to socialize with guests. As I waited to place food order which seemed like waiting on line at DMV. The lady in purple wig appears n attempted to help bartender. She asked me what I wanted as she casually talked with patients n made a C- effort to clear the bar I had to place my order again be as it seemed she forgot to put my order in blame it on the alcohol 😂😡. After having ordered a second drink which I was almost done with my food still hadn't come up we asked a young man who was a server and was very helpful but seemed to be overwhelmed a bit. He brought me food but it was the wrong order I politely declined food and told the young man what I originally ordered mins later the lady in purple wig comes out with the Dane wrong order telling me this is what I ordered and I only said five dollars and basically wanted me to take the wrong order n shut up n don't bother her with my customer antic. My coworker asked to speak with manager regarding the issue to no avail and I took my food to go after being there for two hours n waiting and hour n some for my order. I feel they need to have better staff on busy nights such as happy hour when a large crowd is expected preparation n planning and people who understand the meaning of customer service n what acceptable behavior is in the workplace. Two thumbs down if I were...
Read moreI waited until my bill came to decide what type of review I would leave. Thankfully I received a discount from the emergency room. This last past Saturday night I had to be carried out of SkyBox and transportated to the hospital due to intoxication. I passed out and hit my head on the table due to dehydration. I had asked the waiter once for a cup of water and had been to the bar about 4 times for water with no response. I know the bartenders heard me because the first request for water was accompanied with a drink order which I received. I'm almost 30 years old and I work in the restaurant industry so I know how to drink responsibly. I love visiting SkyBox and I ALWAYS have a great time when I go but Management should let the team know to be alert and more cautious about safety procedures. I could have been saved the embarrassment and the couple of hundred dollars that has to be spent on my new...
Read moreDecent atmosphere, seemed more like a club than a sports bar. They're a bit cramped for space & seating. Good food, drinks, and hookahs, staff was a bit rude. My friends and I had a lot of wings and the used paper towels were adding up, I wanted a plastic cup to place them in to make the clean up easier. Bartender wanted to argue with me about a plastic cup asking why would I want to waste a cup? You mean the same plastic cups which have no value and you've been throwing out all night? I mean if you want to touch these damp towels from wing sauce and random people's saliva, go head and security rushed me like I was in the wrong asking if there's a problem? Maybe it's a better place to visit during the day or when there's an actual sporting event going on, but I was in no rush to go there to begin with and I won't be in a...
