Starbucks — Restaurant in Milwaukee

☕️ Stopped by to grab a coffee since this location is closest to me. They seemed to be well staffed and focusing on the drive-thru orders in the morning since there is limited parking in the area so many people go drive thru during morning rush before work. It looks like a lot of people do a mobile order for pick up too. I got my drink and food fairly fast, not a super long wait for a simple order. And I luckily was able to grab one of the 2 parking spots in front.

Only minor thing is that they ran out of pumpkin spice latte on Nov 4th, but it worked out since the barista recommended an alternative drink. It is a relatively small location compared to the other Bay View location on Holt Ave, but big enough to catch up with a friend over coffee. I'm not really sure about the negative reviews but I'm not super picky beyond the popular drinks and probably stopped by on a good day. Rude employees. Disrespectful. I was waiting to go through the drive through when another lady cut in front of me head on and refused to move out of the way. She laid on her horn and called me vulgar names. A clueless Starbucks employee came out and started yelling at me, and asking me to move my car out of the line so a non-customer could pass. I did nothing wrong and was only looking to give my business to Starbucks. After being yelled at by a rude employee and being told to move out of the drive thru line only for another Non-customer to pass, I felt like I didn’t want to give my business to this particular Starbucks anymore. Took advantage of BOGO Thursday deal on 1 Salted Caramel and 1 Strawberries & Cream Frappuccinos. Asked for extra Caramel in cup and drizzle as well as extra Strawberries flavoring (no charge). I also had noticed that they usually over make the drink and just dump the overage so I asked for overages in a small cup (got extra of both). Note: Starbucks on 6th and Layton actually put overages in cups and finished them off like a regular order with whipped cream and drizzle. KK and Oklahoma just gave me coverage. Noone charged for saving the overage and drinks at both places were very good. Think I will stick with 6th and Layton even though...
