Subway — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Upon arrival I was disappointed...but the staff ..Soyaata the cashier made my disappointment disappear... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AND LEAVING ME A SATISFIED CUSTOMER DEFINITELY WILL RETURN BECAUSE HER... THANX AGAIN **UPDATEI arrived at Subway today around about 10:30.... I had a coupon that said get 3 ft longs for $17.99 on the coupon it didn't specify what type of subs I could get it actually shows specialty subs on the coupon..... I was then told by the sales associate that he could not honor the coupon .....I asked for the supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor I then asked him what was his name so that when I put my review I could make sure I included him and how he serviced me and he unfortunately declined I'm really upset because why do you send out coupons if they can't be used that doesn't make sense 🤦...for this deed today I take away all my stars and I give you a one star and a thumbs down ......and no worries I will never ever ever be back again thanks for nothing...

I love subway to me they food always on point I don’t ever want to leave any bad reviews even if I don’t like the food in any place I’ll usually just let it go and don’t visit the place ever again now my bad review is due to the foot long pretzel and the foot long churro: The pretzel was dried and when I asked the lady if she had cheese sauce or the mustard she said she didn’t had any so me thinking hey it’s a pretzel they soft anyways wrong it was dry completely dry so personally I don’t recommend it. The churro: well it was flat out nasty it was soft but the taste was horrible it was super plain no sugar and left an after taste that’s was repulsive 1000% NOT recommend. Again subway food is one of my favorites I’m only reviewing the pretzel...

Ordered 2 foot long subs for delivery as I was eating my sub there was 2 hard yellow pieces of something with sharp pointy edges inside my sub I took pics and called the Subway on 76TH and Hampton to let them know I even told the man that answered I have pictures of whatever it was that was found inside my sub he then told me he’s going to call me on a cellphone so I can send him the pictures after waiting on him to call me back I decided to call him back I’ve been calling for 35 minutes and no one is answering the phone it keeps going to voicemail so now I’m posting on their website BAD...
