Want to taste a little slice of heaven?? Look no further— I stumbled upon this food truck on the way back from a road trip adventure, and I could not be happier. Amazing friendly service, and it was incredible to watch the rotis being made right in front of me! Fried up on the griddle and then “fluffed” a bit right at the end, he said his hands got quite hot and I can only imagine. The daal on the side was spicy and incredibly flavorful, perfect for dipping, and I can’t imagine a better deal for $4!! Two rotis and the daal was just the right amount of food for me.
If I lived closer I would absolutely visit on a regular basis. Hopefully I get a chance to stop back in again....

Over all this place is hit or miss depends on...
