Late night shift is HORRIBLE - Very common to wait 20+ min in drive-thru line after 10pm! Last night, waited 34 min. I have a suspicion they only make 1 order at a time, due to all the drive-off's they have, because even with 1 person on the grill, if you have already ordered at the speaker, with 3 cars ahead of you.. and you end up waiting 10-12 minutes PER car for each car ahead of you to get served, then there's NO reason why your food shouldn't be ready by the time you pull up to the window. When you pull up, and STILL have to wait 6-7 more minutes, it's obvious that they didn't even start making your order until you were at the window (or shortly before you pulled up). I hate how Wendy's take advantage of me like this, because I'm not the type to order, then drive off just because I've had to wait more than 20 min..but.. it's very common to see happen at this location, and I can see why. Read moreI was a walk-up customer - I arrived late Saturday afternoon. There were 6 cars in the drive-up and 4 customers waiting for food inside. I was able to step right up and place my order - one Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe and one Jr. Cheeseburger, plus two milks. I ordered this at 5:57 - note time stamp on receipt photo and clock indicating a time of 6:13 - at which point I still hadn't received my food. Note the second photo - 6:21 - taken immediately after receiving my food. I started walking toward Humboldt Park, pulled out the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and it was cold. I tried the Jr. Cheeseburger - same story. This franchisee has clearly given up. All the time I was there, the kitchen was in hot-mess mode, one employee stepped out for a break and nobody seemed to care that it took them 24 minutes to put together an $8.00 order of poorly made food. I complained online requesting I be contacted, and as of today, have received no response.

Read moreThis is literally the worst fast food establishment I have ever attempted to eat from, I say attempted because they didn't even help me. I had placed an online order and I went to pick it up they stated they did not have it and maybe I am at the wrong Wendy's as if I didn't know where I was going, I work right across the street from them. I offered to give the order number at which point they said it wouldn't matter since they never received it in their system. When asked how I could get a refund they stated I would need to contact the number through the email of my order confirmation acknowledging I do indeed have an order. So now I wasted my lunch not being able to eat, they did not even offer to let me put in a new order to get food. I get no one wants to work anymore and I don't blame people for that but to give zero help or solution is ridiculous, I also work in retail it isn't fun but treat people with respect and...
