To order 1 pepperoni pizza and a bread stick with marinara sauce, I was there for almost 45 mins. I waited for probably 7-8 minutes just standing there before I even had someone acknowledge me. There was one girl upfront and one guy making the pizzas. She was eating food around the corner and licking her fingertips when she finally acknowledged I was there, but before she walked to register she proceeded to take another bite before providing service to me. The guy was not wearing gloves while I seen him putting the cheese on a pizza. I politely said something about hygiene and working with food and customer service. I was told that they were “busy as hell” and that is why it was online order only and it was still about an hour wait from the orders they already had come in before me. She told me to look at the screen and if I still wanted to order “that was on me.” I again, even though at this point I was beyond furious inside with aggravation and frustration politely said, “ no thank you, it looks like you have way more than you can handle already”. She replied with a “smack” of her lips, “ok”!! I did then calmly say that maybe she should work on customer service first instead of eating at a busy hour, and suggested that she have her cook use gloves when handling food and that they both wash their hands immediately before touching and doing absolutely anything else and that maybe she should help out with making pizzas to help catch up quicker !!!!

Read moreWe ordered online at 4:04pm. The order was supposedly going to be ready at 4:30. There was no change in the tracker on the app. We came into the building at 4:52. After standing for 10 minutes, someone finnally came to attend me. She told me they had no order of mine. I showed her the order and she asked if I wanted a refund. How is she going to give me a refund for a order she supposedly doesn't have? She was obviously lying to me. I told her I preferred the pizzas, but the only option she gave me was a refund. After the refund, I asked her for the receipt, she didn't want to give it to me because it ran out of receipt paper, even when she had the new roll in her hand. I asked for proof of my refund and she started to raise her voice at me. I told her to not speak to me in that way, and she then threatened to hit me, she said, "I will come over there and smack your face" in front of my 2 young children, other kids, and people in the store. After riduculizing me in front of my children and all those poeple in the building, I tried contacting customer service, only to wait for someone to be available for more than thirty minutes, so I just hung up. If I could give this place 0 stars, I definetely would. I cannot believe big companies like Little Caesars have problematic people like who can cost them lawsuits and a lot of money. I decided to order using their new delivery service that was advertised on tv, turns out it’s not even their own drivers it’s actually just DoorDash drivers taking your order. So I had ordered a large pizza and cheese sticks with some dips, it took the driver over an hour to drive out with my order, I called the driver and they said they were picking up someone else’s order as well and that they’d head out after that was done, ok fine no big deal.
Here’s where things start to get ridiculous, after another hour of waiting, it’s been 2 hours altogether, I notice the driver on the gps map is sitting idle on an intersection near me and then eventually starts to drive AWAY from my address, I call the driver again and he tells me that his gps isn’t working and doesn’t know how to get to my address, so I stay on the phone with him and guide him step by step on how to get to me based on where he told he was.
So eventually he arrives, but he hands me an incomplete order there were things missing from it and the order was completely cold. So I paid full price for an incomplete and cold order that took over 2 hours with a driver that had no idea on how to use google maps.
