I visit this Starbucks often as it's located in the Target closest to my house. They desperately need to hire more staff. It's usually only one poor barista holding down the fort and the speed of service (slow AF) reflects this. I don't blame the baristas, as corporate should be staffing the place properly (this is not Pandemic Problem either, as this has been a problem for YEARS). They're also frequently out of... Everything. You need your order and two possible backups when ordering because they'll probably say they don't have the actually thing you want. Again, a corporate/management problem. I asked to use my Starbucks rewards on a cup and the barista said I could. Then after I pay I looked at the receipt she did take off the cup. When I went back to ask she then said I couldn’t redeem it on the cup and thought I meant the drinks, but didn’t use my points for the drinks either. My fiancé and I came here a few weeks ago while shopping in the store. Our drinks were made incorrectly and tasted horrible! The chocolate cream in my cold brew was very light in color, not the brown color that it normally is.
