I ordered a bacon mac n cheese, when I had the first night the sauce tasted extremely artificial and was very salty. But i paid 16 dollars for my food and I was going to eat it anyway. After a few bites I found what appeared to be a hair or fiber from clothes. I decided to talk to the man working there, I showed him what I found and he proceeded to pluck it out of my food with his bare hands. Then he told me it was just a piece of dried cheese because it “disintegrated” in his hand while in reality he had just dropped the piece. He did not offer to remake or refund when I brought up the initial concern, but even then prevented me from eating the rest by touching it with his unclean hands. Hands down the best quality food I have ever eaten from any food truck ever! This is high end food, and every single bite stands out as such.

I got the Coconut Chicken Curry soup in a delicious, warm, crispy, rosemary sourdough bread bowl and the Blackened Chicken Caesar salad.

My whole family started tearing pieces off the bread bowl and stealing my soup!! Right from in front of me! The gall. But that shows you how good it was. They just couldn’t get enough!!

There wasn’t a single. crumb. left.

I still have dreams about that soup…I’m coming back to try them all!!!
