Happy Delicious Chinese Food & Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Milwaukie

Was hungry after work and the Veggie Lo Mein looked good and wasn't too spendy.

It was delicious and flavorful with lots of veggies. Would definitely get again.

Have also tried a bubble tea that was good as well, and I like I could choose the milk and it includes 2 add ins.
