Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukie

I’ve been a customer of this location for a long time and never had any issues until recently. A driver decided to leave my pizza in a mystery location when I selected contactless (and my notes say not to knock since my pet usually lets us know once the gate has been open and waits by the window until the little alleyway is empty).

Anyway, we sit facing our open windows and our front door is directly next to said open windows, so I have a hard time believing that driver dropped the pizza off at my door. Neither my pet nor myself nor my partner noticed anyone coming through the gate or leaving something at our door. I checked everywhere for the supposed dropped off pizza after I noticed I had a missed call but found nothing.

I called the location, got some attitude from the woman who delivered (she insisted she left it at our door) and then was told I could talk to the manager “if” I wanted to “try” to make it right. Considering how the situation was handled, I decided I didn’t want to deal with this location anymore. Update 06/27: I get that we are in a heat wave. But to be told that you're closed at 7:30 is not okay. At my job we wouldn't just say "no thanks, come back some other time." Jeeze louise. Update 06/21: still great! Roberto always makes bomb pizza and Shannon always delivers with care making sure to deliver where I ask, and doesn't usually leave until she knows I received the order. Man oh man, where do I start..... consistently good pizza, quick drivers, easy to order. Does it get any better?! I order from here usually once a month and it's always very good. Sometimes the website is a little slow (high traffic times) and also lags on tracking the delivery driver, but it's cool. They follow my delivery instructions (have crazy dogs). I do wish the pizzas were cut more precisely/evenly, but no biggie. The new cheeseburger pizza is to absolutely die for. Wings are good, cinna twists are great as well. Feel like I could go on for days....

I order from this location a lot & have had only positive experiences until the other night when there was quite an issue with the delivery driver. I won't text that whole story but he had me pretty upset. I called to work it out & spoke to the manager (Roberto) he was REALLY great & understanding and even gave me a replacement pizza & 2 liter soda. Which I wasn't even asking for. I thought that was pretty awesome!! Heck of a guy to do that. Then I find out that he also waived the delivery charge. How much cooler can this guy be!!! 👍 Dominoes got a great hire in Roberto. Thanks to both of them for the patience & truly OLD school customer service. To many ppl will complain but never leave a positive review. This one is for Roberto!!!
