My personal rating would be 4.5/5 stars, but since we can’t do that I chose 5 because it definitely is worth more than 4. Their fries aren’t bad, taste and look like they were bought from Walmart in the frozen section, even if they were they’re still not bad and they are generous with the amount. Now their burgers….they are bar none the best burger I’ve had in the Shreveport/Bossier/Haughton/Minden area. Always nicely seasoned, big, the bacon tastes home-cooked and not like this flimsy, rubbery, microwaveable bacon you’ll get at most fast food joints, and their Chili Cheese burger is fantastic and obviously as well as their chili. If you like “juicy” hamburgers, this is the place. My husband is always looking for good burger places when we take out little weekend fishing adventures. Think “dives, diners, and drive-ins” type spot. We both had double cheeseburgers, I got mine with chili cheese fries. The food was wonderful. Both meals, with the extra charge for chili cheese fries(worth it) and 2 can cokes cost $21 . Considering that my other half’s favorite burger place, 5 guys burgers and fries, is now closed, this will be a once a month trip at least. The wait time was reasonable, waiting less than 15 minutes. It took 35 minutes to get 2 burger combos. I wanted a fountain drink like other people but she said they didn’t have any! I’ve been waiting and watching, I’m not stupid. we got 2 can cokes.
