Absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Alicia is hands down THE best! I found the perfect dress here 6 years ago! Being a full figure girl, I was having some complications and other places made me even more insecure and I began getting discouraged about my wedding day. No one should ever feel that way! The moment I stepped foot in Her’s Bridal, they welcomed me immediately, grabbed my hand in excitement to see my ring, congratulated me, took the time to listen to the theme of my wedding in order to find the perfect dress! Every single dress whether I liked it or not, they made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world! When I did find the dress they made me feel so confident and so excited for my wedding day! I can’t say enough about how phenomenal they are!

So fast forward to January 2022 and it’s my sister’s time to shine! She had went to multiple places and just didn’t receive very good customer service. She felt like this was such an important thing for her but she wasn’t feeling the excitement from any bridal shop she went to and I could tell she was starting to feel down about it. Again, not ok! I asked her if she would be ok with trying Hers Bridal and she said she would try anything so I gave Alicia a call! They were about to close but Alicia told me to come on because I was one of her previous brides and they always take care of their customers! Need I remind you, this is 6 years later yall!! She let us come and my sister received the same incredible service that I received 6 years ago! They STILL have the SAME exceptional service after all this time! They made her feel on top of the world! We even found the perfect bridesmaid dresses! I am so thankful for the hope they restored in my sister for her special day! They truly made her feel special as she should! Thankyou Hers Bridal for all that you have done! I will ALWAYS recommend...

I NEVER write reviews but I felt the need to.

I went in a couple weeks ago, and was welcomed by a nice lady! Asked to see my ring, complimented me. Whenever I went back, they had pulled dresses for me. I tried them on after trying on all day.. not to mention exhausted from it. I saw pretty ones, and disliked a lot of ones. But the owner was very pushy. She was almost commanding the other nice lady who was helping me with dresses. Kept interrupting her. And was making me uncomfortable. I had a dress on I didn’t like, the way it felt was awkward to me. I wanted to take it off as she was telling me to go to the racks with her to look instead of them pulling for me, and she insisted on me staying in a dress that I was absolutely uncomfortable in. That was the last dress I tried on, and I knew it was going to be so therefore I wanted out of it. I did NOT feel like I was bridal shopping in her store. It felt off, the vibe was off and etc. but, as I was looking on the racks as she basically ordered, she kept saying “I’m not going to force you to try anything on,” MULTIPLE TIMES! I thought it was bizarre. I shouldn’t have to walk into a store and feel that much tension and that much anger. my family that was alongside with me even agreed that she was too much and way too pushy and forceful w trying on dresses. As I was in the dressing room trying to get out of the dress I didn’t feel comfortable in, she was telling my family (my mom, future sister in law, and future mother in law) how no bride has ever walked into her bridal shop and not bought a dress. That was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! in retail, you win some and you lose some, and she acted like I was insane for not buying one of her dresses. The inventory wasn’t pleasing either… very upset about my visit at Hers Bridal shop. VERY upset!! I hope the owner can learn from the reviews...

Bought 2 wedding dresses from here one in 2015 before they sold to new owners.customer service was great from beginning to end 2nd one customer service was great when we first went in very patient after dress was ordered and paid for different story part my fault I didn’t read all the fine print I didn’t realize they no longer steam the dresses after they get them in like they use too also first dress came in nice bridal bag 2 nd one dress cost more and all they put over it was a dry cleaners bag when I questioned why I was told they no longer give those out due to someone suing over it that’s why they offer packages now which I was not offered when we bought dress which I would have gladly ordered oneafter paying all that money another 20 to 50 dollars would not have mattered. didn’t realize that I would be charged storage fees if dress was not picked up within 2 weeks of when it came in. (I understand they can’t hold them indefinitely due to space I wasn’t asking her to keep till wedding bride works full time shift work and goes to school full time just needed extra week)The way I was contacted by voice mail during holidays didn’t get it till 3 days later but my 2 weeks started the day they left msg. I was also yelled at by clerk when I asked her questions about the paper I had to sign when I picked up dress and I think that’s what really ticked me off the most When I told girl that storage fee just cost her another sale I was told that was just my opinion I replied not my opinion it was my sale they were losing I have another daughter getting married in October while Minden was only hour from house and very convenient we will travel to buy next dress sad part is we saw dresses there that she liked.
