Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mineral Wells

Placed an order tonight at Domino’s Pizza through my app and paid (also thru the app) upon ordering. About 45 minutes after placing the order, I arrived at the store to pick it up only to be told that it was still being prepared. I waited and waited. Still no pizza. About 20 minutes later, I asked for an update, was told it was still in the stages of being prepared. Waited another few minutes and asked for another update. Was told it would be 10 minutes, they were in the oven. 10-15 minutes later, when asking for yet another update, was told they were getting to it as soon as possible. I asked to speak to a manager and requested a refund. Colton, the “manager” told me that he wouldn’t be giving me a refund. I then told him that I expected my pizza. He said he wasn’t going to be making my pizza because I was rude and that he wouldn’t be making it. Hello????? 1. You supposedly already made it (“ It’s in the oven, give us 10 minutes.”) 2. How is it acceptable to refuse a refund AND the merchandise?? Long story short: He flipped out on me yelling that I was rude so he was refusing to serve me. (I was not rude) He refused to make pizza or issue refund. (At this point I didn’t really feel comfortable eating a pizza from there anyway, I want my money.) Once he finally decided to issue refund, he refunded to the wrong person. Twice! Couldn’t provide proof that he ever refunded to MY account. Gladly and spitefully issued refunds to those who were cursing him out and throwing things at him, while I was waiting patiently for him to deal with my issue. He refused to speak with me regarding the issue or to provide proof that he refunded to my account until I finally called police.

The employees at this location have horrendous customer service skills. In the whole 2 hour process, we saw maybe 5-6 orders go out while 10 times that got canceled/refunded. I will be making a call to...

Don't order from this Dominos. I usually love Dominos but this location has me going else where for pizza. They have made my pizza wrong multiple times, forgotten items like bread sticks or my drinks and once a WHOLE pizza, they have really long delivery times and more than once has this location gave multiple people in my friends and family a light case of food poisoning. Once their pizza tracker told me my pizza came out of the over around 8:30pm and wasn't delivered to my house until close to 10:30pm and this was the time they forgot a whole pizza. I tried to call and talk to the Manager a few times with no luck. The first time I got a horrible attitude and the manager said unless I came to get my missing pizza I wasnt going to get it. The second & third time I was hung up on when I asked for the manager (This time I was calling because they forgot 2 of my drinks and all of my dipping sauces for my bread bites and cinnamon bites, I even ordered extra). Not once have I had a delivery driver with any type of people/customer service skills. They dont say anything when you open your door they just look at you like take your pizza, and when I told them I was missing something they looked at me like I was stupid and had no idea what to do. Actually one time a girl who delivered forgot my drink told me I would have a credit applied back to my card which it never did. I tried giving them a few more chances thinking that it would get better and trying to earn my free pizza but NOPE still a very bad experience. Would NOT recommend...

Well should have known when they said my order was ready the minute I walked in door,they didn't open boxes but the price was the same so thought nothing of it n just came home n put in icebox due to my husband's work that we wouldn't be eating till now that something was wrong. WRONG ALL THE WAY AROUND!! Ordered 2 mediums, 1 thin,1 garlic different toppings on both. Discovered when we went to eat, neither was what I ordered!! 1 was n half n half with just olives n banana peppers!! We don't even like those!! The other had something that looked like steak pieces have never ordered that either n both were garlic crust!! I buy alot from here but will look in box before leaving store from now on. WARNING JUST CAUSE PRUCE IS RIGHT DOESNT MEAN ORDER IS RIGHT!! Left a tip even though I picked up..rethinking...
