Mi Lindo Guanajuato — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Authentic Mexican food with an authentic Mexican staff. Spanish is helpful but not required. My biggest complaint was the sound system was way, too, loud. I was going dancing later, so I had ear plugs with me (thank goodness), but, even with ear plugs, it was still a sensory overload. My GF has had authentic Mexican food and thought the food was great and I agree. Personally, I'd think twice before going back purely because of the loudness of the music...but that's me and your mileage may vary. The food itself...

We came in to eat on a Friday night around 11pm. There was live music and it was busy but they seated us quickly. We ordered the taco platters with asada, pollo, and al pastor served rice and beans.
