I had a really bad experience with this place. I ordered Turkish kunafa, pistachio cake, and caramel tres leches. However, I only received the caramel tres leches. Instead of the pistachio cake, they sent me something completely different—something I had never seen before and that tasted awful. As for the Turkish kunafa, they didn’t send it at all.

Frustrated, I called them, and they told me that on my next order, they would send the missing items. I told them I had no intention of ordering from them again and requested a refund. They assured me they would refund me, but they never did. They completely ignored me afterward. The person I spoke to, Mustafa, was not helpful at all.

to preface, the northeast location is amazing, my favorite dessert place in minneapolis, but this location is awful. its small, dirty, loud, and the staff is incredibly rude and seemed almost disdainful towards me and my boyfriend. the dessert was just so so, nothing blew me away, and surprisingly the same items i get in northeast seemed “just okay” from here. grainy shakes, dry cake, i got fries and they were cold and when i asked for ketchup on the side at the time of order they ended up drizzling it on top, and i had to remind them twice to give it to me before they just took it out the bag and put it on in front of me.

Just placed an order through doordash, they allowed a random dasher steal my order then refused to remake the order and give it to my dasher. I tried contacting them but they told me that they will contact doordash. When doordash tried contacting them they informed me they are not picking up the phone. They made this entire experience so difficult and it was supposed to be a gift for someone. This is terrible customer service, I look through the reviews and their responses to people is saying “they want to make it up to them” but you guys had your chance to do customer service recovery, and made a difficult...
