People's Choyce — Restaurant in Minneapolis

HORRRIBLEEEEEEE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! i place an order at 4:25 pm and came in at 4:55 to see if the food was ready and, bc i lost my ticked somewhere in my car they were not trying to give me the food i paid for, i offered to show them the charge on my bank account and they ignored me , i continued to sit for an additional 10 mins & someone came to the window and said "you might as well go out and look for it " & i said its lost but i can show you the charge in my bank account" she didnt even look at my phone and walked away. after about waiting for 40 mins total i was soo mad and just went to my truck and flipped everything for the ticket. found it and brought it back the and only THEN was i able to get my food. waiting over 40 mins for food is not okay. COLDDD SOGGY FOOD AT THAT!!! blatantly ignoring me and not even checking to see if the charge on my bank account was there or not is NOT okay. thats not how to treat customers if you want them to come back . so i will actually NEVER come back & by the time i got the food it was cold and soggy ( due to them not letting me get my food and it was sitting ) anyways sorry for the rant but please save your money and go to a place that appriciates their customers. bc this place...

I called in my order and I felt like whoever answered that phone was super rude. I asked do you cook your food cooked to order? And he raised his voice and said oh we don't do that we only cook it a head of time, the chicken moves fast. It takes time to ccok it because it is big wings I just thought he was not professional the way he talked to me, I never been to the restaurant, trying to check it out. I just asked a simple question. You could tell he had an attitude. Then when my husband and I got there you couldn't pull up in the lot from the front because, two cars blocked the entrance, no were to park when I drove to the back. too many people hanging out in the lot as far as I"m concerned. I will keep my thoughts to myself from what thought I'd seen. I heard the chicken is very good and comparable to Harold's chicken but I will never know. We only ordered the 10 piece wings and fries with mild sauce and they were delicious! The closest to the taste of Chicago wings in the Minneapolis area we’ve tried. Crispy and fried to perfection. I only ranked 3 stars for atmosphere due to the storefront looking boarded up and having the large sign of the old business. We drove past it a couple times until we noticed the tiny sign in the window of the new restaurant. 4 stars for service because the listed phone number on google is out of service. There is no way to preorder and the wait is usually 20 minutes or more. With the parking being difficult to manage, you would think they would welcome pickup orders.
