Exactly what you'd expect from a taco truck. You pay a little for it (not quite as cheap as t.trucks used to be) but the quality is there. I got a Torta and it absolutely satisfies that 'authentic hispanic' craving. These guys are wonderful and run a good business! Their options have gone up ~$1 for the lower end things but it's still affordable, valuable, and worth it. Torta was $6 where menu posted said $5. They should srsly offer "dinner deals" or at least "family dinner deals" because while the $6 torta is okay for a single person, things get a little tough when considering dinner. Food is bland down for Yt people. Other trucks posted ARE NOT THIS TRUCK!! Not very authentic. Peppers are not grilled jalapeño but from jar. Steak isn't well seasoned or hot.
