Old 🥶fries were cold, and hard buns on the burgers. Also my order was wrong and missing item's.
🍔the staff where very nice ..... when originally taking my order.
But closed the drive-thru before I could drive around and correct the mistake.
Even though I immediately pulled back around to the end of the drive-thru line the second I pulled away from the drive-thru window.
You can arrive at this restaurant location at 930- 940pm and if there's so many cars in the Drive-Thru that if you don't make it to the speaker to place an order by 10 pm.
The staff WILL NOT take your order.
In fact they Close up and stop doing business even before 10 pm. It may only be 5 minutes early, but it's not right.
Then this talky gets me.
No joke.... will send customers home even though they have been waiting in line will before 10 pm.
They are notorious for doing this there.
I've never seen another fast food restaurant or Wendy's ever do that to customers waiting in line even if it is their closing time they will finish waiting on the customers in line at least.
They will slam the window in your face and lock up. 🔐
Honestly they probably don't get paid enough to be that invested in the job so I can understand it
you would want to go home to the family as well .
But the old / dried out food has to stop.

Read moreI went inside and it took the cashier 5 mins to take a simple order. It took 30 mins to get a simple bacconator meal and a chicken sandwich meal. I originally ordered the chicken sandwich meal (plain), the bacconator meal, and instead of the drinks substitute Frostys instead and a junior vanilla frosty . Before I had to wait 30mins for my food I had received two cokes and two Small frostys. So I walked out with a chicken sandwich with everything on it, a son of Bacconator meal, two cokes, no receipt and no frosty. The two other frostys melted waiting for the food and the rest of the food was cold once received. Also it took her three times to spell my name correctly as if it’s hard. Also the manager was wearing a head scarf and had a shirt that said I am Barbie. My sandwich looked like he deep fry or grill whatever they cooked it on was dirty.
Then another situation I went weeks ago prior to the situation happening on the inside. I decided to go through the drive through this time and it took then 25 mins to take my order and there were only 2 cars in front of mine. By the time I took my order the line was backed up to the car entrance. When I finally got my food after waiting 15mins after the lady took my order my food was cold...
Read moreThe manager or shift lead on the night of 9-7-23 was the rudest person I have ever met and makes the place not only unsafe for children because of profanity and professionalism I exspericenced. I know if someone can slip now what makes u think it’s okay to do it infrount if children. He had yelled at me while door dashing because I had accidentally pulled a bit to forward in the drive threw and had intercom problems with him not hearing me to tell him I arrived for a door dash. As I pull up to the window he opens it and tells me I cut the line and yelling saying I’m the reason why it’s backed up and can’t do this, as I tired to exspline to him that’s not what happend calmly and understand why he was so frustrated with me. So I asked what I could do to get this door dash order and told me to go threw the 40 minute line for a second time and to not act like a child. I feel Wendy’s should revice who is working and who has the ability to be professional no matter what the circumstances are.
