Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Minnesota

While having to move my elderly parents out of their home, my brother and I thought it would be great to treat our helpers to some great coffee for a well deserved break. It was late in the morning or near noon and my brother went in and ordered the canteen multi serve coffee. The woman at the counter became extremely agitated and remarked “ Next time you need to order an hour in advance!” “We don’t just have this amount around” Sheepishly my brother apologized as he has never bought that before and said he’d be back later to pick it up. When we both returned he told me to be very nice as the woman who took the order was really mean. While were waiting in line -the woman must have seen him and slammed the coffee on the counter and yelled “canteen order!” I pointed to it and said that must be yours so he took it and we walked away. After a few steps I turned to ask if we could get some cups and she pushed the bag that had some cups at me. She didn’t ask if we’d like cream or sugar. Just snarled at us. Wow what a cozy and QUIET hideaway in the middle of a supermarket! It was like a cozy den with a fireplace and beamed ceilings. A couple cozy seats for reading. I took a table to eat at. The spinach wrap was so tasty and the delicious boba tea was a pleasant surprise although they need wider straws. They were out of my original lunch sandwich choice. The young woman brought the heated sandwich and drink to my table. I highly recommend this location and when you leave there's a very nice healthy food section. This place has got to be the worst caribou around. I go to caribou every single morning. I always get the same thing. Extra large espresso. I usually go to the one in the crossroads mall parking lot. Today I had some shopping to do so I went here to the one on cash wise. I got two extra large espressos which even put together do not make one of the same order at the crossroads location.
