Five Below — Local services in Waite Park

I frequent Five Below on an average of once a month there’s specific things that go there for one in particular is an eyeliner that I’ve only seen there. I remember the first time I got it is because they had it marked and it said 250 and I was like OK well that’s decent for some eyeliner. Well I never look at my receipt until after I’m leaving or after I’m gone and I’m noticing on my receipt that it’s three dollars every time right so last month when I was in the store I’m telling them you guys haven’t marked back there. Somebody hasn’t marked back there for $2.50. You guys are charging me three dollars. We’ll have somebody take care of that. OK well that doesn’t count for the fact that it’s marked back there $2.50. I’ve been in the retail business long enough to know that if it’s marked that way you give it to the customer that way It’s not the customers fault that employees or whomever marked it wrong that’s what they thought as that’s what they expected it as that’s what it was advertised as that’s what you changed the price to moving onto yesterday I go and get my eyeliner again it’s still marked $2.50 But this time I’m paying attention they get to the eyeliner and I was like no no no no no it’s coming up three dollars. It’s marked back there $2.50. He goes oh well then somebody marked it wrong if it’s showing up in our computer, it’s two dollars or three dollars But it’s marked back there $2.50 and this isn’t the first time this has been an ongoing thing for several months. I said I spoke to somebody last month when I was here told them the same thing and it’s still marked $2.50. He said well that’s not we don’t control that. He said you know a lot of these products come pre-marked on the actual box on what the price is supposed to be and I said well that’s not the case here this is somebody took a pricing gun and marked it $2.50 from the store somebody marked at that price And it’s showing up three dollars he goes there’s nothing I can do OK great grand whatever take them off I don’t want them. He’s scanning his scanning scanning then I get some acrylic paint and they’re coming up two dollars but on the box that the paints came in from the manufacturer, it said one dollar on the box And I said dimmer one dollar back there and he goes there’s nothing I can do about it. I said well didn’t you just say that you have to go by the price that it’s listed on the box he’s like all I can do is get somebody to look into it. OK then take that off of my my thing too so my problem is is because the manager feels a certain type of way about me not even because of me on a personal level, but because of one of her friends every time I come in that store she’s having she’s talking to all of her employees about me and then when I have a legitimate Concern it’s not addressed. I mean this gentleman didn’t even say hello to me when I was at the register I walked up smiling hello how are you? He didn’t say anything and then I said it again at that time he proceeded to then say hello what I didn’t tell this young man is that I worked for that very location the same register he’s at I’ve been at so I know this is not policy. This is you being a rude arrogant disrespectful Five Below worker I can’t imagine what else goes on. I like Five Below as a company. I definitely do, but the employees are questionable to say the least when you can have something advertised for $2.50 for several months several months a good eight months at least and you for sure have been told about it twice that’s a problem that you wanna adjust a person’s. I don’t care if it’s $.50 or a dollar you know people else will say oh it’s just $.50 or $.50 in this economy is $.50 in this economy that’s 50 Cent has taken away from my son that I need to feed and house and clothes rant over do better five...

YOU GO IN GRABBING THINGS THINKING IT'S 1.00 AT DOLLAR STORES PER ITEM OR 5.00 AT FIVE BELOW PER ITEM

THEN COME FIND OUT YOUR TOTAL ON RECEIPT IS WAY HIGHER THEN EXPECTED MOST PEOPLE DON'T CATCH ON CAUSE THEY THINK THEY GRABBING DEALS AND GET CAUGHT UP IN THE EXCITED COOL FINDS

Awesome store, the other location has way WAY MORE, THIS location is different but still pretty cool finds in here. If your looking for more selection other stores are worth the fun DRIVE FOR money value and getting what the items you be happy with , of more selection BUT ALL OF THEM ARE COOL ITEMS AND FUN NEAT FINDS

Tonight, my cousins and I entered the Monticello Five Below around nine, we were nothing but polite and having small conversations to ourselves and being respectful, unfortunately we were met with disrespect and were reprimanded like children when one of us spilled maybe and inch of a drink on the floor by accident. Before we even had the chance to notify employee personnel, we were negatively confronted by two employees who stated that we were causing safety issues and were being disrespectful. Throughout the rest of our EXTREMELY short time in the store, we continued to be followed and stared at in a condescending way. Although we’re young adults, we deserve NONE of this disrespect. I guess some of the people who observe someone spilling something on accident doesn’t understand how to still be polite. The Five Below itself was decent, but this was still extremely rude and is why I am writing this review today, thanks...
