6/3/25: The third of June ... "Another sleepy dusty delta day." Bobbie Gentry wasn't there, but it's sort of a 67' place. It was actually my first time there, even though I've lived in St. Cloud my whole life. I bought a loaf of sourdough bread, which is good at $7.95. If you want to use a credit card expected extra charge—25¢ on my purchase, not a big deal I just paid cash. I like the place, it has a unique atmosphere—old school Quonset hut—nobody builds businesses like that anymore. It was very quiet at 1:30 in the afternoon. I could see coming there for a sandwich. Read moreOrdered nearly $500 worth of meals for a company lunch and stated we had a severe allergy present on each of our options to accommodate an employee. Each of the sandwiches had the food item the employee was allergic to. Truly it would have been comical if it wasn't so negligent. The person that answered the phone did not apologize and stated "he watched his employees place the food item on the sandwiches." I was surprised he admitted it so plainly. He then hung up without even saying goodbye and only offered a coupon in the mail. I will be surprised if we see this coupon.
