Purchased a torch. Torch didnāt work. Went back in to replace & was informed that the MAVEN torches are all faulty. Yet, they choose to continue to sell them. I was offered a 40-50% discount to purchase a new one of the same brand. I then brought up āwhat if this one is also faulty? Then I have to come back in & purchase another for half price?ā He said thatās the best he could offer. Then this man had the audacity to ask if I wanted to take this broken piece of garbage back home with me. I told him āIT DOESN'T WORK!ā And left. I used to go into discontent all of the time when I lived in St. Cloud back in 2012. I will never step foot back in that shady store again. I advise everybody else to do the same.
