It's unfortunate but the quality of food seems to vary depending on which manager is on shift. The A team manager sends out hot, fresh product and is great. The B team manager sends out hot/very warm, somewhat fresh product most times and is decent. The C team manager sends out old product that looks/tastes like it's been dropped back into the fryer, food is dry and not fresh. C team also forgets product of orders. For example, forgot fries, I didn't bother calling. Forgot nuggets, I called and gave my information to be sent a coupon for a future visit, never received the coupon. I wish I knew when Team A manager is working so that I could avoid here when this manager isn't there. Sad but true.
Update 12/30/20 6:45pm: Placed an easy order of nuggets and fries for curbside, the restaurant was not busy. Noticed the fries were old and got the attention of the male employee to let him know that the fries were not fresh. Employee huffed, "one minute." A second male employee brought out another bag with the top folded. I asked if he wanted the first set of fries to throw out to show that I wasn't trying to get extra food and I apologized for the inconvenience. I got home just to find out that the second bag of fries were from the same batch as the first set. The team couldn't even be bothered to make fresh fries and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling to let them know I didn't appreciate being given old fries a second time. So ridiculous that the manager let this happen or maybe even told his employees to do that.
Update 8/19/22: I would like to say this location seems to be getting more consistent with the quality of service. Have noticed fresher fries and nuggets though changing the oil is still put on the back burner. You'll get hot fries but they'll be dark from the overused oil. Still my preferred location...
Read moreFood is great, usually always fresh. Service isn't bad either, friendly enough. Here's the thing, I like going into McDonald's to eat(well, I don't actually like it... but,) because my daughter wants to. I remember being a kid and how great it was eating there with my mom, so whatever, we'll go inside. Problem is, McDonald's really doesn't want you inside anymore. I don't even care about the touch screen thing, if it gets my order right, I'm cool. I don't like touching it, but there is cheap sanitizer next to it, that's sometimes filled. It's nasty, and do you want to know why I know? Because the whole restaurant is nasty. Good luck finding a clean table, semi clean will have to for you! Everything is just kinda sticky, and wait until you behold the disaster that is called the soda and condiment area. Want ketchup? IF, both even have anything in them, one will at least be covered in ketchup(of course the one that has some in it), so if you want ketchup, grab the last napkin hanging out the dispenser and use it, or you'll have ketchup on your fingers as a side. Soda spills, sticky floor, it's nasty. Good thing my kid never had to use the bathroom, I can't even imagine. I thought about going in to wash my hands once, but didn't even want to. And I understand it's busy, drive throu is crazy, but come on, you are McDonald's, it does mean you're busy, but it also means there still might be kids wanting to eat there. Even just adults. Just leave rags and a spray out at that point, random people would probably clean it more often. Or, just don't let people in really, it's become obvious that the dining room is the last of...
Read moreI work nearby so I come here often for lunch. I ask and pay extra for 2 sauces, they always forget them so I have to spend my break time going back and asking them to give me what I paid for. They rarely get my sandwich right (I literally get a cheeseburger with no cheese and they make it only with cheese) I’ve been given attitude by a girl with blonde hair that has rainbow colors in it multiple times (she’s a manager and I’ve talked to my coworkers that have gone there for lunch, all have had issues with her as well) she once told me I had to order on the inside kiosk and when I tried they didn’t have my substitution so I told her and she got on a machine and started taking my order she asked “what do you want special about it.” In a snobby way and when I told her she said “is that it?” Snappy too. It made me feel anxious bc I was just trying to get food, not attitude and I was very polite. they always park us on food even when it’s something as simple as fries. I had a bad day at work today and they messed up my sandwich, forgot my sauces, and one of my Medium fries was 1/2 empty so I called to complain and I asked them if they could give me what I pay for and the manager on the phone kept saying “nononono, bye” and hung up on me. So I have 20 nuggets with no sauce, a burger I can’t eat bc it has cheese on it, and 1/2 empty fries… sooooo totally worth my money (sarcasm) By far the WORST fast food experience I’ve ever have every single time I chose to go to this one instead of the one...
