I came here for a friend's birthday breakfast. The waiter came over every 30 seconds asking if we're ready to order. When the food came my friend had chunks of fat in her omelette, this grossed her out so she did not eat it. I asked for a separate plate to put pancakes on and was given a dirty plate with crusty eggs on the sides of it. When we got the bill, we noticed that the waitress had given us wrong information about the build your own omelette and instead of being able to pick 2 ingredients to go in the omelette you only got one and each additional one was .99. When it came to pay for the meal, we asked to speak to a manager about the chunks of fat in the omelette and she came over. She apologized for it but only removed .99 from the bill for the bacon in the omelette , instead of the whole thing that remained uneaten. At this point we were just over the whole experience and wanted to pay and leave. They charged my card ($39) for our meals and drinks. One the receipt I noticed A survey and then asked what the managers name was on duty being that our receipt said who our waitress was. I talked to my friend about leaving a survey and the waitress came over to the table about four times saying " I didn't get a bad rating" " I did good didn't I?" "You're only upset with the manager right?" "Her name is Alise if you need it but please only go on there and tell them that I did good". After she ran my card the waitress brought over the manager and she said "I realized that you weren't happy with how much was taken off, so I took off the whole omelette." The waitress then asked for my card again to swipe for the correct amount and brought a receipt for $23.00 and a receipt for $37. She said you only have to pay the $23 not $37 even though the receipt she wanted me to sign for said $37.00 and that I agreed to pay $37.00. Being that I was told that I was only going to get charged for $23.00, i didn't sign the receipt. There was too much confusion and I was missed that I got charged $60 out of my account for food that wasn't good and terrible service. They need to retrain their cooks, check food before sending it ou and teach their waitresses, how...
Read moreWe ordered 2 orange juices 1 splashberry splasher 1 tropical island splasher We received: 2 apple juices 2 splashberry splashers Also pancakes we're like done in a hurry looked nothing like what we ordered, waitress took too long to come and check on us so we settled for what we were given, when the waitress came back my kid was almost done with he's pancakes i asked the waitress if she could change an apple juice for a orange juice just like we ordered and refills fir the splashers, she said we couldn't have more refills because the pop machine was out already, so we settled again, we wanted to leave but i had to go look for the waitress to ask her for a to-go box and the check, when we were ready to leave I asked the waitress if she thought it was fair to remove one of the splashers from the check, in a way she blames it on me saying I should have said something and she would have swapped it and I just told her to charge everything as it was from the hundred dollar bill I paid with, she starts throwing away receipts and gives me my change I asked her if I could get my receipt because I wanted to fill out the survey and she gives me this little receipt with very little information about my visit where I saw that one of the splashers was credited back. We looove ihop we drive almost 2 hrs to eat here from time to time, but, this last visit makes us think its not worth the...
Read moreThe hostess was busy, but greeted us with a smile & sat us as soon as she could. Her smile lit up the restaurant & it never left her the entire time we were there.
They had plenty of parking, including handicap. The restaurant is updated, clean and has a classy look about it.
Our server, Brittany, was fantastic. She brought our drinks right away and our food was delivered in a timely manner. I asked her to give me the bill for the 3 of us, as my Dad & his wife were visiting from Indiana, and there's always a fight over who pays (they're sneaky & pay most of the time).
All our breakfasts were delicious! Liz had tea and it was served with honey (black tea) and she said it was really good. I had coffee and it was rich, fresh and hot. A small pot was left at the table so we never ran out!
When Brittany brought the bill, my Dad asked for it, and she handed it directly to me since I requested it early on (thank you Brittany!). She was so attentive throughout our meal & she was this way with everyone. She even took a picture of another family when asked. She genuinely cares about her customers.
If you're looking for a great breakfast with reasonable pricing and decent sized portions, you need to eat here! Ask for Brittany & tip her well (I did because she works hard and gives exceptional...
