Taco John's — Restaurant in Minnesota

We visited yesterday October 6th. The girl taking my order in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her well. Then instead of using words when she didn’t hear me she’d say something that sounded like hmm or umm, instead of asking what I said so we got confused what she was trying to say. Almost all I could hear is a bunch of people talking and laughing in the background. When we get to the window there was like 6 employees standing there talking and laughing, not working. The girl at the window seemed very annoyed that we were there and I felt rushed to grab my change and food so I almost dropped my change and then my food, I had to catch my food. My quesadilla I ordered to share with my daughter was cut horribly, not the easiest to share. Potato ole’s didn’t taste right, the tacos were overly full or clearly not enough. But there was an excessive amount of random sauces I didn’t ask for and napkins just thrown into the bag. Update: funny how I went to a different taco John's and explained my situation and they replaced the whole order with a different menu item no problem! Seems like the issue is that store or "manager"

They messed up my order this morning. Never got a chance to return since I had to be at work. Got off work and went back and wanted to give the messed up order back and just get something for dinner. The manager refused and said they can't do that I gotta come back in the morning for another breakfast item. At that point I said let me just get a refund then because I can't come back tomorrow morning. She also refused that. Never heard of not being able to get yr money back or a different item for y'all mistake. Won't be going back. Very rude manager there and will call...

If I could give this place zero stars I would.The manager is a rude,nasty,stinking,(he NEEDS a 🚿) really bad ,and he's a LIAR! We got 12 HORRIBLE spicy,soggy tacos, he REFUSED a refund, we told him REPEATEDLY that the tacos were inedible , and that we were willing to bring in virtually ALL the tacos, WITH the receipt,he refused it, he LIED ,did NOT want to listen ,AT ALL ,he talked over us, absolutely refusing to listen,and he said I don't care ,turn me in to the supervisor,the corporate office,or a lawyer,I don't care what sny of those people think .... terrible customer service, HORRIBLE food, and he NEEDS a 🚿 REALLY bad ,my son said he needed a shower badly ....The manager lied ,there's plenty if BAD reviews in this page....he said there were .no bad complaints...
