Totally awesome experience. Great treatment at store, by a great knowledgeable bold and chic Manager offering an amazing product. As a Veteran is sometimes difficult to find bold and kind people that will like to listen to situations that we experience in our past. She was treating me with excellency through the development of our conversation. Read moreMy wife and I find the bed very uncomfortable. I don’t fault sleep number for that. Mattresses are a personal preference and this wasn’t a good fit.
The problem is their return policy. They hype the return policy as 100 days but in the fine print, they don’t take back the mattress base. In our case that was over $2,000. Additionally, they won’t allow you to return the bed yourself and charge $250 to pick it up. Our 100 days guarantee cost us nearly $3,000.
The only explanation given was that it’s in the contract.
