My kid ordered a meal through the app and we went to the restaurant to pick it up. At the drive-thru, I provided the code and stated I had a second order. I placed the second order then moved forward to pay. At the pay window we paid for the second meal and the worker advised she couldn't find our app order. She went through the system a few times and said that maybe the folks at the front had already pulled it and we should drive up and speak with them about it. At the last drive-thru window, we were giving our second order and I inquired about the first. I provided the app code and showed the workers the confirmation. I verified the address to make sure there wasn't an error on our side. They took a look at the confirmation and told me they didn't have the order. I told them we had already paid and we'd like to get the order. I was advised that I needed to come in in order to get the food. I stated to the two individuals at the window that wasn't really prepared to go inside which is why I ordered through the app. One of the workers told me if I couldn't come in, they couldn't do anything to help me. We went back and forth and she basically said come in or lose the money. After parking and the restaurant was nearly empty. One couple sat at a table and one man was ordering food. No one looked at the confirmation. I was asked to read the ordered items to the manager and she entered it into the register. They quickly made the food. My biggest issue is that we did all that talking and I had to go inside when what the workers completed could have been done while I was in the drive-thru. There might have been two cars behind me. We weren't holding up a long line of people. I could have driven back around if the line was a problem or I could have provided the order details, parked, and someone could have brought it out to me. This one was definitely a fail especially as I was trying to have a good Mother's Day...
   Read moreUnfortunately this is the location closest to our house. I say unfortunate for a few reasons. First off if you decide to go in, rather then the drive thru they will blatantly put every single drive thru order before yours, I am not exaggerating. Now if you come in during the lunch/dinner rush it will be even worse. They will seriously leave the register unmanned so they can get all of the drive thru orders completed first. On 3 occasions I have waited for my food on the inside of the store for over 30 minutes, and when I asked for reimbursement the manager told me she âcanât give refunds, and I should just be patientâ I then asked for a voucher for a free meal because I had been there for 45 mins with my wife and 2 hungry toddlers along with many other angry people in the lobby. She mumbled under her breath, and threw the unsigned voucher at me that means nothing as she did not sign or date it. Yes this was the manager: the large woman with 2 teeth and hair like a brown qtip. Also if you decide to go anytime in the ânightâ hours... like after 6 they will be âoutâ of items like just this week for example... they were out of sweet tea, quarter pound patties, fries, and Big Mac patties. This place is honestly terrible, travel 5 minutes in a different direction to the next McDonaldâs because on top off all of that the fries are never salted, the pop is always flat, the ice machines never work, and they never have ketchup.... oh and all the staff have the personality...
   Read moreI worked here for 4 years and just wanted to let y'all know that one of the female night managers does crack and/or fentanyl in the bathrooms. Iâve smelt it and seen the evidence myself. I know how many kids are in an out of there a day so I thought this information was very important to tell. With that being said, donât let your kids use the large stall in the bathroom. Also, the general manager (Elvis) is very prejudice and passive aggressive towards black people. She is honestly prejudice towards anyone that isnât Hispanic like her. Iâm not trying to bash anyone but whatâs in the dark comes to lightđ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸ This same manager also loves to retaliate against her employees. The supervisor and HR ignore the crew when complaints are made, so I thought you (the costumers) should know. If you want to work there⌠please donât. If they donât like you, they will try to make you quit. Again not trying to bash anyone but this needs to be known. If you see Liz, Meylin, And EsvinâŚ. give them some love and maybe a tipđ Those 3 people are absolutely AMAZING. Also be careful going in the morning time because the women that work at the time, mess up orders like crazy. The food wonât usually be incorrect (the grill people know what theyâre doing) but the order takers will get your order wrong and say âyou didnât order thatâ and make u pay for it even though THEY messed up.
