Breakfast Not Good! I ordered for pick up 6 servings of scrambled eggs, has browns and bacon. I also added 6 biscuits with gravy on the side. Here is what I received; the biscuits were canned biscuits (Pillsbury Grands) 3 of them cut in half to make 6 biscuits. The gravy was poured over and not on the side like I asked; most likely to cover up the biscuits. Didn’t matter anyone could taste they are canned. The hash browns were bag/frozen and heated up. This was evident when they placed all my food for me to pick up in one of the cardboard boxes the hash browns come in. The gravy was unidentifiable and worst I’ve ever tasted. It most likely came from a can or a jar I’m sure. It wasn’t country gravy, sausage gravy or bacon gravy. Had a weird taste and I don’t know what the chunks of meat were. The scrambled eggs were real and cooked ok, and the bacon was good, and they didn’t skimp. Which I was glad to see because eggs and bacon was the only edible things. This breakfast for 6 cost me over $75. I thought that was way too much. I don’t mind paying for things that are worth it, but canned biscuits and frozen hash browns with horrible gravy. I could not have been more pleased with the service my girlfriend and I recieved. The skillet my girlfriend ordered unknowingly came with cheese, and she is lactose intolerant. She tried her hardest to eat it anyway but couldnt get it down. She wasnt going to say anything despite me asking if shed like me to have it sent back. We hate being that customer. Our waitress checked on us and could instantly tell she wasnt satisfied and asked what was wrong and was very understanding and polite. She brought back it back and had another made. Came time to us paying the bill i noticed they had only charged me for one skillet, i felt bad and insisted the waitress add the second skillet to my bill. She wasnt having it, and told me not to worry about it. I felt the service was great, professional, and patient, despite having to send back a plate. Let me start by saying I love breakfast, my favorite meal of the day. Have had breakfast from probably 25-30 different diners/dives/corporate chains etc over the years..this was by far the most disappointing meal I've had for the $$. Ordered around 11am, meatlover skillet and a Mac and cheeseburger with fries for my son. The burger was absolutely a frozen patty, dry, no seasoning, the Mac and cheese looked like day old generic Kraft..gross..fry's sucked , cold and and undercooked. Meatlover skillet ..what a mess.. hash browns were undercooked and tastes frozen. Barely any cheese , bacon was not crispy..who wants undercooked soggy bacon? Eggs were just meh...just a very disappointing experience..NEVER AGAIN.. seriously dont understand all the 5 star reviews...people either have low expectaions or hate fresh...
