Food was not good, orders completely messed up (note to self cannot put more than 3 ingredients in a Wrap, does not say on site). Don't order the Saganaki Bites definitely don't have those but still on the menu. Be sure to order about a day ahead of time, food might be ready. We waited an hour and a half at the drive up window. Ordered food at 12 in the afternoon app stated 1:08 it would be ready. We arrived around 1:10, waited in the drive-up until well after 2:15pm. Rude and awful service by a person with a nose ring who never apologized, also was rude by stating we needed to sign our receipt and she HANDED us a pen, when we never even got a pen from her! Additionally, same woman said a few more minutes, they were slammed (had a party of 12 inside, HAHA!). Repeatedly told us a few mins even after an hour of waiting. We saw the cook walk in off the street after waiting at least an hour. Our order was 108 dollars. We finally got our food after 2 hours from order time, and it was wrong (did not want a wrap). Steak Sandwich, the steak was burnt and crispy. Never once did anyone in the place try to compensate us as we were waiting. Owner Matt called and I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the Covid thing and tried to listen to him. Was offered to be sent a gift card. Well yes you guessed it still has not appeared at my doorstep after giving my information to the owner. Must be the USPS! Definitely will not patronize again, waste of Time, Money and just over all effort! I try to always give the benefit of the doubt to small restaurants who are trying to thrive, this one... thumbs down the entire way. No effort in the entire process of the entire ordering process, the wait, just down right awful way to run business. Wish there was a half star I could give as the fries were half way decent but cold. I am not one who usually does reviews, but figured I would save some folks a trip and have my experience. Heard back from the owner again after this was written. Thanks but no thanks on your offer of 20 bucks. I spent 2 hours waiting for food spent 100 bucks and the terrible experience. Read moreF- Thumbs down!!!! BEWARE!!! We rented a private room for a group of 35 dressed up adults and kids to find out that the room was 80 degrees inside when the outside temperature was 60. It took 35 minutes for the manager that was "too busy" to adjust the temperature. Then went down to 75 then back up to 79 after another 20 minute wait for the manager to adjust the temperature.
Also the private is shared among the public, so expect more kids in our case 15...Yes, fifteen extra kids in our over heated private party room screaming, just so the business can make an extra profit off the arcade games.
Oh and by the way 1 server for 35 people it took over 20 minutes to get a pitcher of beer, if you don't mind the above then book.
