Stopped at 0130 to grab some food. Sat for 10 mins to nobody answering the drive through speaker. Decided to pull around. When I get to the window, manager tells me they are closed. When I told him that the website says 2am, he said they close at 1am due to Covid. Which would be fine if it was posted anywhere for any customer to see. But according to them its just word of mouth. They also told me that they have run out of food. That they haven't taken a single order for an hour prior to my arrival. However, I dont believe this to be true as I watched two vehicles in front of me, heard them place an order. While continuing to speak to the manager I also asked him if they are closed why not tell people as they pull into the drive through. He told me its company policy for them to not say anything. That he was instructed to just have them wait, and figure it out for themselves. Update just checked and the hours according to the website we're changed 10 hours ago, which means that nothing on there about closing at 1am due to Covid.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was too scared to speak out but seeing people experience the same I want to talk about my experience with the employee Joselyna. First, the service was slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes, when she arrived to the cash register she seemed completely out of it and was not at all focused on the transaction. She was speaking in a mean way and then ignoring me for almost a minute before acknowledging my presence again. When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and I received two basic soft tacos instead. When I politely pointed out the error, Joselyna just looked at me and continued to ring other customers. This was unacceptable behavior not only was the order changed without my consent, but she didn't even bother to apologize or offer a refund for the price difference. The attitude was dismissive and uncaring.Because of this frustrating encounter, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Management needs to address the lack of speed and, more importantly, the poor customer service provided...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePre-COVID-19, this Taco Bell barely rated Average. Today, they deserve ZERO STARS! Weāve visited numerous times between 7:30 and 10 pm to find them CLOSED (although they advertise hrs til 1am daily and 2 am on weekends). Sometimes a hand-written note is stuck on the drive-thru screen and other times the only notice is a dark building. Located at I-80 and Ridge Rd requires GREAT EFFORT to be an epic failure! Please STOP saying you canāt get help because people make more money staying home collecting unemployment. High School students DO NOT COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT OR ANY OTHER SO-CALLED ENTITLEMENTS. That is simply a FALSE NARRATIVE used to excuse bad management. Taking orders @ Taco Bell does not require a college degree or even a high school diploma. The real issue is more likely not wanting to pay the $11 hr minimum wage. Choosing to understaff, closing without notice, and compromising quality to save a BUCK - is telling customers you donāt...
