QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Minot

I went to Qdoba for lunch today and saw the saddest thing. While I was waiting in line, the gentleman ahead of me ordered double meat and while the employee (younger woman purple shirt, dark skin) was helping him the lady working the register (older lady with grey hair) started berating the younger employee over some communication error. Now I'm not sure if this was a manager or a fellow employee but the way she treated this young woman was sad and embarrassing for your company. When the older lady finally found out she had misunderstood the younger employee (after getting the customer involved and making a scene) and she found out that the younger employee was doing the order correct she continued to talk down to her saying that the younger employee was to blame for confusing her. The incident was awkward to the customers waiting and especially to the customer being helped. I wanted to jump over the counter and hug the employee because nobody should be treated like that. When I got to the register with my order, the older lady talked to me in a fake, overly nice voice, as if I didn't see how she just spoke to her coworker. Very unimpressed.

I usually order through grubhub to have it delivered while I'm at work, I just ordered it again and for the 4th time in a row there is something missing from my bowl. I called the last time this happened, drove back to the store to have them remake it and they still made it wrong. I thought I would order again because I couldn't leave work and I even called them to make sure they could see everything on the receipt and had them read back to me what I put in my bowl, I just got it and one of the items is still missing. Once in awhile this happening I could understand but not when it's happen every single time the passed 4 times I've ordered from here. It's ridiculous that there's always...

I was in this morning for a bowl I just wanted to give u an updated review which is better then a tip this morning crew is fire!! I seen the manager jump in help his crew during a busy time as people started to arrive and he called in for back up without hesitation things ran smooth and the portions where on point too fresh food was a plus too fast service with quality is hard to find they all worked well together and pulled together as a team no one looked like they didn't want to be there either which speaks volumes about the manager so just wanted to let u all know keep it up!...
