Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Minot

A few weeks ago I received poor service over the phone, so I hung up, and ordered online. I figured someone was just having a bad day.

Today I ordered online, and after a half an hour I called in to cancel my order; as I had prior plans. I was told that it's out for delivery now, even though my order online did not show that. I ended up canceling my order regardless.

Update: I ordered jimmy johns again, I don't know why.... anyways I waited a half an hour only to receive the wrong sandwich, I had to wait another twenty minutes for them to bring me the right one. When the driver showed up I received my sandwich, and was asked to GIVE THEM BACK THE OTHER SANDWICH......so I had to dig it out of the trash, and hand him the wrong sandwich that was almost an hour old. My correct sandwich was gross and soggy, tomatoes were old, and it tasted sour. I will not be ordering from either jimmy johns again. It's a shame I can't give zero stars.

I don't know what it going on over there but you guys need to get your shop together, I use to never have...

The people at this jimmy johns are amazing! First off, I have never had jimmy johns till I came to Minot, and I went to the one on north broadway for my first experience. once I went there I was impressed with literally everything, the atmosphere, the food and the price! Now I love it even more. On my last sandwich, I had asked for avacado on it, but didn’t get it. I called the store and asked if I came back could I just get a little cup of it to make up for it. When I showed up they presented me with a whole me sandwich. They are by far my favorite sandwich place here in this cold cold town. I will keep coming back to this place...

Get the freak out of here! Just bought food from here and I won't even eat it for sure! The fowl language and trashy people that work here! Get it together Jimmy John's! This isn't freaky fast ist freaky gross!!! The one lady that helped was super nice and deserves her own restaurant! She is a sweetheart! All I could here inside was profanity and n#@# this n#@$" that how does that work with half people being black and half people being white! Get it together Jimmy!!! Only reason you got two stars was because the girl that served me was super nice. Look at the filth. Garbage cans over...
