Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Minot

I'm a pretty frequent customer to this location and compared to most they do a great job, food and staff. However tonight I ordered my usual and picked it up 5 minutes after the app notified me it was ready. The cheese bread was super dry and almost black, which I ate without complaint cause sometimes its fresh sometimes they're busy, I get it I work in the food industry everything can't be 100% perfect. However, the deep dish pizza I shared with my significant other, and I'm not exaggerating, tasted like rubbing alcohol and the dough wasn't cooked all the way through (dough was almost as white as paper) and possibly either the cheese or dough was on the verge of molding (which I was careful not to say the word mold in the establishment as other customers were present and didn't want to scare any off). So I drove back from my house to get a refund or exchange and the employee on shift didn't believe me that there was anything wrong with it. (We only took 1-2 bites out of 2 pieces) So I insisted she grab a manager or supervisor (I think his name was Brian or Elliot?), he just told me "Oh thats weird, I'll make you a new one, it takes 8 minutes" so had to wait even though I already said I was in a hurry to get to work, and after it was done she handed it to me, told me "here" and walked off. No apology from either of them for the double inconvenience which made me feel pretty bummed out. Gonna avoid coming here while...

...first I want to commend you folks on superior patience, superior understanding and superior exercise of reserve...no one one single solitary person has to "get{...understand...}" anything...let alone someone else's story...and It didn't necessarily help that that could have been a underly-ing factor that I was unable to exempt myself from. ...the critical lifeline to a diet of something way more...way above a certain call and/or calling when it comes to and beyond specific standards and/or statures...in a diet that could have been consistent of no more than salt and protein...is something I have no words to describe of an unconditional respect for being and/or beings, immensely beautiful, life awards for the greatest of all great peace cultivation sense... ...I have not a single doubt in my mind not even in the slightest of all slightest sense you folks have your place in all kingdom and/or all kingdoms in and/or going to a really good place and/or places... ...know that you all are loved and are headed to a right and/or to the right place... ...you folks always put the best face forward... ...super service in standard, stature, practice, quality...

Normally no issues with this place. Tonight they were busy so I give them that but they were not properly prepared for a dinner rush on a Friday night like they shoulf have been. We ordered 2 hot and readys and 3 bread sticks. Obviously that was not going to be ready right away. While my wife was waiting in the store countless people came in and out with well over triple of what our order should have been. About 12 minutes later we finally got our pizza. The poor woman sitting next to my wife was waiting on a pretzel pizza she ordered. They called someone else up for the same thing and the woman said thats also what she had.
