Went looking for a desperately needed firm mattress at some other stores and found that I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for order processing and delivery. I happened upon Minots Mattress Store simply due to location along my shopping trip. I walked in and was immediately greeted in a non-pushy down to earth sort of way. It was like, "hey, how ya doin'?" "Oh, fine... And you?" So, I told the cheerful fella, (who happened to be the owner, I think,) what I was looking for. Not only did he have it, he said he could deliver it that very evening. It was a Saturday. It was 3pm. Who does this...? I turned down the delivery as I had plans to pick it up myself, if possible. So I did. I also really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and conversation. My next furniture shopping trip will certainly start at Minots Mattress Store, and more likely than not, will end...

I absolutely loved the great and friendly service we we're given by the owner. In no time at all we we're welcomed to the store and asked what we could be helped with. We had our five year old and 8 month old with us which was no problem at all! After being picky about what we wanted and the owner didn't once make me feel like a bother we decided on what we wanted. Buying the mattress we wanted was way easier than I expected and only took about ten minutes to get everything we needed. The extras that they had we're very convenient and I couldn't help but buy them as they we're a steal. Military and college kids beware!!!!!! Do not use the “financing” from this horrible place. Offered 6-9 months same as cash. Lie. Acts like a friend but only after college kids and military needing furniture fast. Beware!!! There is no financing options. It’s just paying through an app that doubles the paying price and then has little to no customer service. Tried to help our kids out with financing to build credit. Now they are stuck with a couch that was $500 will be close to $1400 or more. We will never tell any of our college kids or military families to go anywhere near this store. ...
