A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Minot

Was supposed to be open at 10am, there were people inside dining on a Monday. We went through the drive through, waited at the speaker and no one answered. Drove to the window to see if they were taking orders at the window in case the speaker was broken. No one came to the window. Parked and tried to go inside, there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed (even though there was a family inside eating) and the drive through was open. Tried the drive through again, still no one. Several cars in the lot, but no employees...

Food and customer service is usually really good. The other day I pulled up to the drive thru and a pre recording (I didn't realise thats what it was at the time) played and it was 90% static and couldn't understand what what being said other than the welcome, so after that finished I started to place my order when a different males voice literally shouted at me "Just hold...

Stopped for lunch. Not happy with the service! Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger & fries,bottle of water guess there to busy playing with there phones or just don't care about the service they give. Burger was OK, water was OK no fries charged for them not I bag! That busy screwing off NOT CARING ABOUT SERVICE !! WON'T BE BACK MANAGER&GAL AT WINDOW have phones put out of reach...
