So they have a coupon in a coupon book that you have to buy and you can go there and get free 1lb tube of cookie dough as one of the perks of the coupon book. So went there and they claim the cookie dough was recalled and won’t be getting any in for quite awhile. Okay fine, So then I order a calzone to try and they have signs everywhere saying they do a military discount so I ask about it and they said that it is only for pizza and not a calzone.. why? Then I ask about the rewards program and see if I can try and get rewards for my order, nope you can’t sign up in the store you have to sign up online before you come for some reason.. Ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas because on their online menu, it said $6.99 each. The total was $24.25. It should have been $14. I complained and the cashier said you have to order online to get that deal. I called the manager at the broadway location in Minot and she was NOT helpful. She said I would have to go back in to redo the whole order to get my $10 refund. She didn’t apologize at all. Everyone reading this review, go online and see for yourself that it says NOTHING about ordering online for the deal. I told her I’m on my way home an hour away so can she put a credit on my account or a coupon. Nope, she was more concerned with telling me she doesn’t control the online prices. They offer numerous styles of pizza. You can get basically whatever you like for toppings. My favorite is the meat lovers.
However, the best feature is actually the size choices. You can order pizzas that are so large they can easily feed a group of hungry guys. Seriously, we had one pizza feed five guys while we were re-shingling a roof.
The biggest downside to me is that you have to go get it and you have to bake the pizza yourself. I know that keeps cost down. That is good. But there are times when you want it faster. This is not a great choice if you want to...
