Long post: I only came to this Dunkin because of my doctor's new office location and.. what a HORRIBLE place. I've been to many Dunkins over the years, and have Dunkin food once a day (at least) and never ever has service been this bad. My entire order was wrong, so I went inside to have it corrected and everything was going well (so I thought) until the "manager" got into it. I asked for the difference since I ordered an item that cost less than what they charge me for and she 1. Wanted to acuse me of "changing the order" which i had to correct her and tell her that the Cashier put it in wrong order. 2 Lie to my face, with a MENU right above her, about how much the items cost. A 5.89 sandwich is NOT the same price as a 3.89 Snackin' bacon. 3. Got mad that she had to give me the change back and 4. Still stinged me out of $1 in the change. Then a lady that was making sandwiches that had some black Dunkin Shirt on, & the Manager started badmouthing me in Spanish. NEWS FLASH: YOUR worker put in the wrong order, YOU guys messed up. Not Me. Its common PROPER and GOOD customer service to apologize, correct your mistakes and offered a refund (if its required). Read moreI’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit today 2/16/25 at this location in Miramar. I spent 30-35 mins waiting in the drive thru, my iced macchiato was very water down and the ice had already melted so my coffee wasn’t even cold. I asked for extra ice on the side and the lady with red hair had a really bad attitude and bad customer service. I asked for extra ice to pour it in my iced macchiato and she said that it was going to be extra cost $0.67 for the extra ice. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen a place charge for extra ice. Not even Starbucks, McDonald, etc charge to have extra ice.
Aside from waiting in line for 35 mins, my iced coffee was very water down and not cold at all, they wanted to me charge me. I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and been a huge Dunkin fan but this will be my last time I even come here. Their location lacks customer service, the lady with red hair which I believe is the manager had a really bad attitude and the quality of coffee had gone bad, I would definitely avoid this location and go to Starbucks. I’m very disappointed that I received such bad service.
I have attached a photo of my macchiato water down, I paid $5.07 for this and it doesn’t even taste good. What a waste.

Read moreI don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts very often, but today I was craving a sweet iced drink because it’s been pretty hot. When I came through the drive-through and was getting ready to pay the man who was helping me was very friendly and kind, as soon as he realized the drink was going to take a while, he asked me to pull up to the stop sign to wait for my drink, it still took a little bit of time so he came back out and asked me to relocate in front of the store, when my drink was finally ready, a lady came out with my drink and she was so kind hearted her attitude just made my drink taste even better and made me forget about the time I had to wait. even besides that the drink that they made for me was so perfect. I got a smoothie with mango and strawberry and the sweetness and thickness was actually made to perfection and was absolutely worth the wait I don’t think that’s always been my experience coming to Dunkin’ Donuts so I just want to say thank you to the team that work today September 13, 2024 at 1:30 PM Your care and your kindness really...
