My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flanigan's - Miramar - and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The exceptional service provided by our waitresses Tisha and Mariana, and the attentive Manager Francisco made our visit a pleasant one that as ā€œregularsā€ we’ve come to expect. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Tisha and Mariana were our waitresses and were both extremely knowledgeable of the menu. They both patiently answered all of our questions and provided helpful recommendations based on our preferences. Tisha's attentiveness throughout the meal was remarkable. Despite the restaurant being busy, she consistently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. She was prompt in taking our orders and ensured that our drinks were always topped up. Mariana's friendly and professional demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel valued as customers. What truly impressed me was Manager Francisco's presence and involvement throughout the evening. He was visible on the restaurant floor, ensuring that all guests were satisfied and attended to. It was evident that he took great pride in the restaurant and its reputation. Francisco not only ensured that the staff was delivering exceptional service but also made an effort to interact with the customers, ensuring their experience was enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a really fun atmosphere. The staff members were courteous and professional, creating a welcoming environment for all guests. The food was delicious as always and our drinks were somehow always topped off (not that I’m complaining). The cleanliness of the restaurant was also noteworthy, reflecting their commitment to maintaining high standards. The outstanding service provided by waitresses Tisha and Mariana, and Manager Francisco truly elevated our dining experience. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism were exemplary. I highly recommend visiting Flanigan's Miramar for an unforgettable dining experience, where you can indulge in delicious food and enjoy exceptional service.

Worst experience of my life especially for a flannigans. These good reviews are all fake. Don’t sit outside. The amount of flies and mosquitos is unhygenically alarming. As soon as our food came out we were bomb barded with them. Within 2 minutes of our drinks being out each cup has atleast 1 mosquito in it. Hostesses are lost and have no interest in working. Don’t even speak, give their back to the guests. After our server attended the table another server came in and looked irritated when we told her someone else already attended us. Food runners and servers take too long to bring out a simple dip to the table (took 11 minutes after counting). We had to ask for our food to go (after waiting 50 minutes) because of the amount of flies we had for just the salads and breads. When the guy brought the food we told him we had asked at the front and our hostess to take it to go because of the alarming amount of bugs. When the guy said ā€œcan I just bring you the to go Boxesā€ he got angry and side eyed me with attitude after I said no. We were tired of waiting for close to 10 minutes just to have people pass by the table. We asked if we can speak to a manager regarding getting some bread to go because we weren’t able to eat any of it. the hostess said the manager was not coming to the table but we’re able to pay for the food when we’re ready. Waited 15 minutes for the bill and to pay. Then the manager shows up to charge us and was acting passive aggressive. No apologies for the lack of telling PAYING customers about the insane mosquito and fly issue. BY THE WAY when we got home and checked on the steak it was raw when it was supposed to be medium. I expect this from a chilis or Olive Garden but not a flannys. I have never in my life had a bad or mediocre experience in any other location I’ve been to. The issue is so bad and starts with management and their lack of interest in anything. How are you going to tell me that your servers, hostesses, food runners, cooks AND managers are all rude and inattentive? This experience was honestly enough to put me off from ever wanting to eat at this franchise again and it used to be one of my favorite go-to’s.

On 07/22/23 i went to this Flanigan’s and I left that place disappointed, compared to the other Flanigan’s i went before this was unbelievable. We ordered an appetizer, the firecracker shrimps and if i was not by the fact that I was starving I wouldn’t eat those very salty shrimps. I ordered 1 chipotle chicken sandwich and the chicken came extremely burned, dry & very salty. The sandwich was extremely dry. My partner ordered a lemon chicken & pasta and the food was very salty as well, she couldn’t even finish the food. The strawberry mojito was everything except a strawberry mojito. And i don’t wanna talk about the wine… However, the attention is the main reason why i’m doing this review. It’s my first time not leaving a tip to the crew in my life. The attention of the server was totally careless, horrible. No attention of anybody, the crew were always talking to each other, the server never asked how was the food & never asked about anything at all. We had to even ask for knifes and other things, the only time the server asked for something is to take all the plates out of the table. It seemed that the crew were only waiting to clock out and leave. No serious, totally careless. I do hate feel i’m being a Karen at this point but this situation was something i have never experienced before in another Flanigan’s (or any place) where the attention and the food is always great. We ended up giving a personal tip to the only server who cared about our situation and we left the place like we ate stones instead food. Would never recommend this place and i totally regret the decision of eating here.

On 07/22/23 i went to this Flanigan’s and I left that place disappointed, compared to the other Flanigan’s i went before this was unbelievable. On Saturday, February 2, 2025, I left my phone at Flanigan's in Miramar. By the time I realized it, it was already Sunday morning, so I called Flanigan's but couldn’t get through. I called my phone, and it went straight to voicemail, as if it were turned off. I went to the restaurant at 10 a.m. because I was sure the waitress who took the bill and the person who cleaned the tables would have found it. At the entrance, I told the hostess I had lost my phone and asked if they had found it. She called someone and asked, but told me they hadn’t found anything. I asked to speak with the manager to request checking the cameras, but she came over and told me she was too busy and that the only time she could check the cameras was between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. She suggested I call back later and gave me her name, Cristal. I went back home, blocked my phone, activated another one, and called Flanigan's again, asking to speak to someone in Spanish. I asked again about my phone, and the girl who answered spoke with the manager once more. She said they hadn’t found it, but they would check the cameras around 9:00 or 9:30 p.m. I told her I would be there because I was sure one of the employees had picked it up, and that the manager hadn’t even asked where I had been sitting. I insisted on seeing the cameras, even if I had to call the police. I arrived at 9:00 p.m., and the hostess told me the manager Cristal had already left because she worked until 9:00 p.m. I explained that Cristal had told me she would check the cameras, and the hostess called someone else. A male manager appeared and said that unfortunately, they hadn’t been able to see what had happened to the phone, and that the phone was not there. He also told me, with a poor attitude, that they weren’t responsible for my phone, that I was the one paying the bill, that the line was mine, and the phone was mine, so they weren’t responsible for it. I told him I wanted to see what they had seen on the cameras, and he told me that if I wanted to see them, I would have to contact the police. I started calling the police but went outside Flanigan's to get better signal and avoid noise. At that moment, the same manager came out behind me and had my phone in his hands, asking if it was the phone I was looking for. I told the police officer that the issue had already been resolved. I went back inside Flanigan's and asked for an explanation of where my phone had been, and he just said that the other manager had it because there were two of them.

Finally, after a whole day asking and asking, I was able to recover my phone, but I was very concerned about the attitude of the staff and their lack of responsibility. It seems the other manager had the phone, but she never said anything and I didn’t receive a clear explanation or an apology for the confusion.
