IHOP — Restaurant in Miramar

We came here on a weekend. There was no parking. We had to wait until someone came out and left to get a parking spot. We came in, and they immediately sat us down to the table. We waited about 10 minutes for our waitress Theresa to come over to us. When she did, it felt like she was rushing to take our order. We asked for decaf coffee, she took another 5 mins to come back with it, and when she did, she told us that she had to make more coffee, and never brought out the canister with the coffee, so we had to keep asking for refills. I ordered the breakfast sampler, and my wife ordered the breakfast something (I dnt remember). I substituted the ham for bacon. My food came out not as I ordered. My sausage links & bacon were not fully cooked. My wife also substituted her ham for bacon. Her sausage links, bacon, and hash browns were not fully cooked either. We had to wait until we saw another waitress to get her to help us bc our waitress was nowhere to be found. She took the uncooked meat back to cook so that he could cook the meat right. That's when the manager came over to us and apologized for the food coming out like that. She offered to take the meals off the check, but we insisted on paying for it. While the cook was cooking the meat, we went on and ate the rest of our food that was on the plate, and bout time they brought the meat back out, it was burnt and we was finished with our breakfast. The waitress then showed the manager what the cook gave her to give to us. So she took the meat back to the back and came out with some more meat and gave I to us. She then apologized again and still insisted on taking the bill from us. We still refused to allow her to do so. But to our surprised, the meat the manager brought back out to us wasn't cooked either. We just left and left it there! We also didn't give our waitress Theresa a tip, but instead, we gave it to the other waitress who helped us out. If you're going to eat here, do not get Theresa as your waitress because she claimed she was "so busy, so busy." The...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This one star is for the poor waitress who was there all by herself. I called and ordered the Jalepeno Kick Burger for pick-up. My husband picked it up and brought it home, only to find out that not only did my sandwich not have bacon on it, but it didn't even have the Jalapenos. Instead, it had green and red peppers, which don't even come on the burger. On top of everything, my fries were cold. I took my sandwich back up myself, and complained about my sandwich and fries. The waitress was apologetic. I made sure to puncture my bun so that it'd be fresh. She took my order back, and came back not 5 minutes later. When I inspected it before I left, it had the bacon, and a new piece of cheese. When I lifted up the cheese, there was the same meat patty that I originally received with red and green peppers, and the old piece of cheese. On top, there were 2 long jalapeno slices. Not sauteed like they are supposed to be. I slammed the new bun back on top and left. I was furious and did not want to take it out on the waitress. I came home and tried to saute the jalapenos myself and failed. When I bit into the burger, it was red inside! Not just a little red either. I am disgusted. How is someone supposed to be a cook and not make a burger how it's supposed to be made, with the key ingredients...? And then get lazy and just throw them on top without cooking them? When we went it seemed quiet busy but by the time we were seated it had died down, expected the service to then be a lot faster, while waiting we noticed that a few persons had left without being served because they had been waiting too long, I went with family and my son has some special needs so an overly long wait wouldn't have been ideal.. I expressed this to our server who we finally got after inquiring a few times and he does a great job accommodating us and brought my sons food out first which I greatly appreciated,unfortunately that's where the pleasantries ended.Everyone was left waiting an obscenely long time as the establishment had now been close to empty when we inquired what was the wait we were told that online orders were priority as opposed to the seated customers orders and so we would have to wait, the staff was friendly which is a plus and we did notice another waitress who had seemed to be moving very quickly and had her section in and out in no time we had to commend her on our way out. When our food finally arrived (we had been there over a hour by this time) it was cold the pancakes were dry they forgot my daughters additional order which we didn't bother to mention as we were already frustrated and hungry. To say the least not the best IHOP experience I've ever had with the family and I live all the way down South so it was very disappointing to have this experience having travelled so far won't be choosing this location on my...
