Had the worst experience ever. I usually go at least once a month. On 3/18/21, I ordered 2 philly steaksandwiches, one regular, and one large. The cook ended up burning both sandwiches (the steak meat), and the other kid who put the sandwiches together ended up not adding any of the fixing's I wanted and then placed both sandwiches upside down in their packaging. So when I went to open both of them the sandwiches were both completely fallen apart and spilled everywhere. To top it off the kid that was making the sandwiches kept cursing in Spanish for no apparent reason. As soon as I walked up to the counter to place my order, the counter girl walked away to take a call. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one said anything to me or apologize for the inconvenience. If you have an emergency phone call, at least acknowledge the customer and let them know it’s an emergency and someone will be right with you or something.
