Starbucks — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Starbucks by my house. Considering I come here every day, I figured it's time I left a review. First and foremost, I have to mention the incredible quality of the drinks at this Starbucks. I always order a Venti Iced White Chocolate Mocha with 7 Pumps of White Mocha and an extra shot of espresso, they are almost always perfect. The baristas really know their craft and consistently deliver delicious and well-crafted drinks.

One thing I appreciate about this Starbucks is the reasonable wait time. Even during busy hours, the line moves quickly, and I rarely have to wait too long to get my hands on my favorite drink. It's a huge plus for someone like me who's always on the go.

The staff at this Starbucks is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and take the time to make sure my order is exactly how I like it. The personalized service makes me feel like a valued customer, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. I can walk into the store and have accidentally ordered a hot White Mocha ans the manager asked me if I meant to order that Now, here's a fun little secret I have. I love ordering a venti iced white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso and 7 pumps of white mocha just to see the baristas' reaction. It's my way of keeping things exciting and making them think I'm coming in. 😂 It's a delicious and indulgent treat that never fails to satisfy my cravings.

7 months later, tried again. The drinks are still being watered down. Paid for a venti cold brew and it tastes like water, looks like water. No coffee flavor and its a cold brew! Ridiculous!

This is the worst store I have ever been. Been going to one Starbucks or another almost daily since 2008 and will never again. This particular store NEVER gets a drink right and the last several months every single drink has tasted watered down and weak. Coffee, refreshers and even plain lemonade. Won’t waste another penny. Awful!

Welp, wanted to give this Starbucks a second chance months later and all it did was reaffirm why I refuse to go here even though its literally across the street from me. I have been ordering the melon burst energy drink since came out with peach juice substituted for the passion tea and they refused to make it. Said it’s against policy and they won’t even alter the ice content. Horrible customer service. By the way, I order this at all the other area locations and it was a Starbucks barista who recommended it to me. By the way, they’re still making their drinks weak and watered...

I’m new to south bend, and am getting familiar with the area. I got to Starbucks regularly, pretty much order the same thing over and over, but haven’t had a “go-to” location until I walked into this one. I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times now and haven’t gotten excellent service every single time. Whether it’s drive-thru or walking in, they’re good. I had an issue ordering my “white mocha Frappuccino” at another store where the barista literally told me that if I didn’t know the recipe they couldn’t make it for me. My mind was blown and my little heart broken. I came to this store and explained to them the issue I had come across, they taught me the recipe, and also gave me a free one for the horrible experience I had at the other store. I ended up buying a mug and leaving them a tip anyways. Shoutout to Trey and Morgan for helping me out that day and just thanks to the whole team for being as awesome as you are every time I go.
