Have rated this restaurant and location much higher in the past. However, this last visit was not a great experience. The server was pleasant but seemed distracted. I felt rushed in ordering. I explained that I didn't have my glasses and was trying to see. I ordered my usual, but you didn't have the side I wanted, so I said ok baked ⅝ no clue that they put Jalapeños in their baked beans!!! I am allergic to peppers. There is no indication that this is a spicy version of baked beans. When I asked if there are peppers in the beans as my face is flushing and skin and lips burning. She's says I don't know and goes to ask. She returns and said no just Jalapeños! My daughter says that's a pepper! The server responds" OHH. Ok want something else? " I'm in a little bit of a panic needing to get my medication just said "just please take it away." She does but doesn't return until much later to bring check. No concern. No manager coming to check. I hadn't touched my food for fear of getting sick. My daughter had to ask for a box. The server was just oblivious. I didn't expect a free meal but a little concern would have gone a long way. The restaurant wasn't busy, maybe 10 other customers collectively and it wasn't close to closing. My daughter and granddaughter said thier food was ok but burgers were a bit dry. And the fried pickles were mostly chunks of breading with no pickle inside. Iced tea was SUPER cloudy.i never understand why a restaurant is ok with serving really cloudy Iced tea. Tea is easy and inexpensive to make. It shouldn't be as thick as chocolate milk??? Just very disappointed in this visit. And there should be a warning when something is a spicy version of a dish. I always ask about peppers but never dreamed they would be...

I came here for dinner after my graduation. Our server was great but the front house manager was horrible. He was helping her bring out some of our food and spilled a drink all over my mother in law. He threw a couple of towels he had with him down on the seat and walked away. He didn’t apologize to her and we had to ask him to get another towel to just dry off the seat. He then decided to argue with my husband about who he should even apologize to. The kitchen manager had to come out to address what was happening because the front house manager couldn’t figure out basic customer service. He was very apologetic and gave us a couple of gift cards as compensation for the accident.
We returned today and most of the restaurant was empty but we were told we would have to wait about 15 minutes because a large party ahead of us didn’t have everyone here. There were also 2 other people who were there before us that had been waiting as well. As we waited, it was noticeable that food was being returned to the kitchen for various reasons and that 15 minute wait was turning into 30. We went to return our number and the gift cards from the previous time and said we would not be back. The front house manager this time (a woman) then said she would seat us immediately since we were leaving. We said no, there’s already 3 people ahead of us and it’s not right to just seat us because we’re leaving now. She then told us “Thanks for not understanding!” even though she didn’t give any explanation as to why there was a wait nor why there was a lot of empty tables at that time, only that there was a large party and a wait for...
Read moreHonestly? Extremely disappointed tonight. Normally logans is a pretty solid go to spot for me and my partner but tonight was absolutely awful.
The place was dead, not uncommon for a Monday night, but it took almost an hour for our appetizer to even come out. The server was mostly MIA but did stop by a few times, though often walked past our table without saying anything. We got total 3 rolls with the tiniest amount of butter possible.
Once we finally got our food, both sirloins were just..sad and grey. My partner and I both got the 11oz sirloin, mine medium with broccoli and Mac and cheese, and hers medium rare with the soup of the day and broccoli.
Immediately attempting to cut into mine was impossible. A giant strip of tough tendon ran up the side that I couldn't even cut with the steak knife. The Mac and cheese tasted burnt and old. The only saving grace was the broccoli. We sent the steak back and they replaced it with a better cut, however it still had a decent amount of tough tendon I had to cut away, and it was cooked medium rare instead of medium. Whatever, I was starving, so I ate what I could and took the rest of edible meat home.
The first sirloin was taken off of our bill, but since I had eaten a good deal of the second sirloin the manager was only able to comp the Mac and cheese off of the rest of our bill. Again, whatever I get it.
My main issue is with how disappointing the service and food was overall. We felt more like burdens then customers. The food was mediocre and honestly? I don't really think we're going to be coming back...
