Subway — Restaurant in Mishawaka

I came to subway today with a coupon of 12.99 for two footlongs. I walked up to the counter and wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes. As me and my fiance stood at the counter waiting.. the lady went to the register and grabbed previous receipts. The lady came to me and asked what bread I wanted I told her, & I had told her I had a coupon. She looked at the coupon and gave it back to me. Didn’t say a word! She again asked what bread I wanted. I repeated myself. She walked away… and had a conversation with her co-worker. Came back and continued with my order.. I asked for bacon and she just threw it on the sandwhich!! Uncooked… raw.. I asked 2 times if I could get it toasted. And she got an attitude and threw the bacon into the toaster. Put it back on the sandwhich and asked what else I wanted. She only put 5 peices on ham on the sandwhich… when you make the sandwhich you fold the meat and add up to 10 peices…. FOLDED! I asked her if I could get more meat and she said that would be a upcharge I explained there was hardly any meat on the sandwhich she said this is how they are made I said okay well can I get the extra meat then. She said that’ll be an extra charge I said whatever that’s fine (she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing) The lady behind us with her children were super nice to the workers and asked to use a coupon. (Same coupon I showed them and they gave back to me!) there was a sign saying you cannot use a coupon that says buy one get one free! Mind you our coupons were buy 2 footlongs for 12.99 nothing about buy one get one free. In that literal term. Mine met the agreements to be ham. They told the lady behind me she couldn’t use the coupon. I asked again if I could use mine and the man told me no. I explained no where on the coupon it says buy one get one free. He SNATCHED… the SIGN AND THREW IT IN MY FACE AND SAID “CAN YOU READ” these people are insanely disrespectful!! Rude! Workers! My fiance grabbed me and said they do not need to speak like me to that they will never get our buisness again! At this location! They told us to get out of their store and yelled we were not being agressive towards them or anything. I was taken back behind how they handled this business. Terrible! The people behind me and my fiancé seen how rude they were being and cussed them out! We all walked out of the store. These people have no customer service and I promise they lost a lot of...

The lady that helped my husband and I had horrible customer service and just acted like we were a burden or interrupting her! She was so rude to my husband and started frowning when he walked up to get his food and then once he started to add veggies onto his sub she kept doing like a very few at a time instead of giving him what he wanted! Then when it came for me to get mines she just threw my stuff on there like I was getting on her nerves; and then when I was finally done I asked her did she cut the sub in half she lied and said she did, but she really didn’t SMH! And on top of that she didn’t wear a hair net or a face mask and their vegetables didn’t look or taste fresh at all. So do yourself a favor and go to the closet Subway or better yet go across the street to Hana Yori!! Terrible service and I DEFINITELY WON’T BE BACK AT ALL!! Even off this was the last Subway...

if i could give zero stars i would! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! this is the most poorly ran subway i’ve ever been to in my life. firstly, the skinny indian man had an attitude with us from the moment we walked in the door. he under-toasted our sandwiches the first time, so when we asked for them to be toasted again, he put them in for way too long and burnt the bread. then, he rushed us through our toppings and squeezed our sandwiches while wrapping them. we asked for his name, but he said “i don’t have a name.” we began walking out because of the absolute horrible service and he called to a random person on the gas station side so we could hear and said “do you want FREE sandwiches?” this was the WORST experience in my life, and i will NEVER come back to...
