Have been coming her for 5 months. Once or 2 x week. I love the taste of their menu.My daughter only eats bagels if from here. However, staff or owner need to be more nice and friendly. The younger guys are ok but the older man, looks moody. I always am kind when ordering, never rude. At Every visit i buy from there a refrigerated cold coffee and ask for a cup with ice. Today i asked if he can pump a shot of coffee from their prefilled coffee canister and he say "no we don't do that" i only wanted my cold coffee to taste stronger. I did not want to pay $2+ for a whole coffee when i only wanted a shot of it. He needs to appreciate his regular customers and be more friendly. Also they never hand you a receipt unless you ask for it. I'll keep coming here but i will make sure to remember this. And by the way it wasn't busy when I came in. If he had said yes i would have been the one to take my cup to the coffee can and pump that shot myself, he did not have to do it. He was just mean...

I like this because it is a departure from the fake SoCal niceties, but sensitive Gen-Z souls may find this off-putting. The breakfast bagel sandwiches are the best. I can't eat cheese, so I get the sausage egg bagel without cheese, but I add butter. What makes this sandwich is not only the New York chewy bagel with fresh toppings, but the sausage patty is lean, well-spiced, and finely ground, so it does not have the typical hard chewy pieces you find in most sausage patties. Read moreMy girlfriend got the tuna melt and it looked so good but I kept thinking to myself (as I was busy eating an asiago cheese bagel): could that taste as good as it looks? She confirmed it was really good and I think it's safe to say that both of us felt our meals were really really fresh and tasty.
One might feel like the guy behind the register is coming off a bit rude (towards them) and all I have to say to that is don't take it personal kif you are feeling this way). I think he's just THAT good at his job and is in go-go-go mode so let's excuse him in that he is most likely working hard, keeping up a good work ethic, and remaining concerned with delivering the end product to us consumers... nothing wrong with that in my book.
