I ordered the filet of fish combo through the drive-thru line and had to wait for them to bring it to me. This was to be expected because of the special order requested and was not a problem for me. Everyone knows that the standard combination orders come with medium french fries so when I checked my bag and saw small fries I immediately tried to get the clerk's attention. she turned around looked at me and walked off, as I repeatedly honked the horn & very loudly shouted "excuse me" trying to get her attention but she kept going. When I went into the restaurant the shift manager just kept making excuses for why they didn't put the right size fry in my bag, replaced them and then threw the bag at me across the counter.
They aren't that busy so there was no reason for that sort of treatment. The only thing the manager had to say was I didn't take the order so I'm not responsible for what they put in the bag. Give me a freaking break!
I wasn't mean, I wasn't nasty and I did not give her an attitude. I simply wanted to clarify that according to their menu combo meals are to have medium fries unless you order a smaller less expensive meal. On the phone he told me to come to the store and I could pick them up. When I arrived at the store I asked him if I could get the other 4 of my mcflurry's he said that it was out of his control and he couldnt. I fully paid for these 5 oreo mcflurry's, why can I not get the others I paid for? I then tried to order 4 mcflurry's in the store and he said that I can't buy them there. Other customers then got oreo mcflurry's but I didn't. This was verified because I went to the store and watched other people get mcflurry's but I couldn't get mine from "Rob Follo". Read moreI’m not sure why we are paying such high price when the order is never correct. I pulled up to the intercom to place my order, where two girls were laughing and giggling. I had to reiterate my order multiple times because they were laughing and could not hear me. I did ask for receipt to make sure they got my order correct. I pulled up to receive my food. I made sure the food was in the correct packaging and labeled, only to get home open my food and see that my food was incorrect. This has happened several times. If I go back, I will be sure to hold their drive through up, sit there and check every item from the inside out before leaving. They can never get the sauces correct either. My kids like bbq sauce for their nuggets, I’m not sure why they keep giving us ranch? Half of the time the fries are not full, limp, and unsalted. McDonald’s is just not what it used to be.
