Sana’s Pakistani-Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

First off don’t be discouraged by the atmosphere. After covid the kaleidoscope mall had died down in popularity. Taking that factor away and going towards the food. The food was not as expected. We knew coming in that the prices would be high. Especially if you order kabab (only 1 big piece) for $21 that is expensive (especially when almost 2 pound of halal meet is no more than $10). The chicken tika masala had flavor, the lamb sag did not taste like sag and flavor was ok. What really disappointed me was that the $21 kabab had no flavor at all.

I would personally never go again. I would highly recommend the owner to fix the pricing. I know with inflation things are high and a business needs to make money, but please have prices be a little...

Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering Again!

I recently placed a to-go order from Sana’s Pakistani-Indian Cuisine (Sana's Curry Bowl), and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I ordered Chicken 65 and was shocked when I opened the container to find what can only be described as a half portion of what I expected. The photo I’ve attached clearly shows the small size of the portion compared to the standard servings I've had at other restaurants or even in-person at this same place.

I get that to-go orders can sometimes be a little different, but this felt like I was being shortchanged. It's frustrating to pay full price for a dish and then receive barely half the amount you'd expect for...

I am quite surprised by the quality of food they served. They are located on the top floor of the building across Buffalo Wild Wings, inside the market place. You can park anywhere in the parking garage and take escalator to get there. Not obvious to spot if you are going for the first time. The restaurant (in general all places around) were a little desolated making me think the food won’t be good. I got garlic naan, butter naan, mixed vegetables curry, along with vegetables pakora. All of them turned out to be just great with the exception of mango lussy which was half frozen. I would highly recommend trying Sana’s if you are looking for tasty North...
