Yesterday eve when coming back from work the couple I was with decided to stop by this mall Caleidoscope. As we were looking for a place to eat I didnt know they'd be stopping here. Apparently his wife was craving for Mediterranean food. While walking in the parking I noticed that there was a Mediterranean place and decided to go. When we arrived at first glance the place is amazing, with a clean and large patio, very romantic reddish string lights on the ceiling, ceiling fans and even heater. Inside a very large dining room, very neat and clean. workers are very friendly and welcoming, Diana who was the person helping us was super nice, friendly and patience, she explained really good the menu and options we could take, she didn't even rush us to order despite the questions we asked her, she was really helpful such a great service from her. We had the family pack which had 3 skewers, choice of basmati rice or another rice and 2 salads however if paying extra bucks we can substitute one skewer for salmon or shish kabob. They also ordered a bottle of wine which Diana opened ,was pouring and refilling too. After placing the order it didn't take too long, first we got the strawberry salad and it was delicious. The portions are huge and I mean huge. Now as everyone knows when ordering food, wine and dessert prices are going to jump a bit high expecting to pay between 25 to 40 per person plus tip if the bill is splited. But is totally worth it. At the end they ordered tiramisu, as I was very satisfied with the meal I couldn't get anything anymore but it looks really delicious. Highly recommend the food from this place. Just remember the portion is huge, must be famish to finish it.

If you're looking for a mouthwatering dining experience that'll have your taste buds dancing with joy, look no further than Panini Kabob Grill in Mission Viejo. Their Steak Kabobs are simply amazing! As soon as I walked into this cozy restaurant, I was greeted by the delicious aroma of fresh, sizzling steak. The ambiance is modern and inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The star of the show here is undoubtedly the Steak Kabobs. Each juicy, succulent piece of steak is marinated to perfection in a blend of herbs and spices, and then grilled to a perfect medium-rare. The meat is tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of char on the outside. But the steak is just the beginning. The kabobs come served on a bed of fluffy, fragrant rice pilaf and a side of crisp, fresh salad. The rice is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning to complement the steak. The salad is a refreshing mix of crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumbers, all tossed in a tangy vinaigrette. And let's not forget about the service! The staff at Panini Kabob Grill are friendly, attentive, and always eager to make sure you have the best dining experience possible. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I felt like I was part of the family. Overall, I would highly recommend Panini Kabob Grill in Mission Viejo to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming environment. Their Steak Kabobs are truly a standout dish, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings.

Yesterday I decided to to get dinner for my family and I. I ordered online so I can pickup my dinner at 5. I got there 10 min early and the staff was very friendly. They said my order wasn't ready but will be out shortly. Within 5 min my order was out. I went home and realized that it was the wrong order. I called them and they apologized a million times. I told them it's ok and it's a silly mix up. The name was the same but the last name wasn't me. When I arrived to pick up my order they apologized a million more times and said they'd do better in the future. They seemed very sympathetic and cared about how I felt. They are very hard workers and care about there customers. The food was warm and delicious. Chicken is never dry and so much flavor. Gerardo really tries his best to please the customer. I'd definitely return here. A little mistake does not define them. They strive for the best.

This restaurant accepts too many take out orders in expense of sacrificing people who dine in ! The managers in this branch are treat customers who dine in as if they’re their enemies .If customer expresses issues regarding food quality or portion instead of correcting their chefs and kitchen , they fight with customers in front of other people and roll their eyes away.My daughter ordered their salmon kabob with salad and rice .When she was flaking her salmon , she found 2 fish bones which she could have swallowed and end up choking and heading to hospital .Thankfully God forbid this from happening to us and she found them .Aside from this , one the pieces out of 5 was very old as she could tell by texture and taste .It seems they mix their old meat with fresh ones in the skewers to have people consume the old fish so they wouldn’t have any waste ! Also one of her pieces was totally raw in the middle .So out of 5 , one was old spoiled fish ,one was raw and 3 were average quality without any taste .My daughter’s salad had big trashy dark green outer leaves of Romain and few very thin slices of avocados that were brown. In their advertisements in social media and in their website what they display is a salad with inner pale leaves of Roman lettuce that are fresh and crunchy with half of fresh looking avocado but what they actually serve to customer is nothing similar to what they advertise. My son’s brown rice was old and very oily .I could tell they had reheated the rice in oil .Aside from quality issues which can happen in any restaurant , the major issue in this branch is their managers and chefs .Instead of improving their service to keep customers happy to come back , they treat customers in a way to feel not happy to dine...

Update: The District Manager did reach out to me and offered the discount for my next visit. As far as I am concerned that made it right and I have raised the rating to 4 stars. It will go to 5 (the food is great in my opinion) if all goes well when I claim the discount again. I hope they will do something about the negligence of their Corporate Customer Service in not responding (twice) to submitals through their website. That is a very bad message for your customers! Looking forward to trouble free next time around.

The food is great. Unfortunately, their customer service is not so much. I submitted a complaint over a week ago on their website about the inability of their Mission Viejo restaurant to deliver on a coupon offer. I never got a response. About a year or so before this incident I had a problem with very poor take out service at the now closed Aliso VIejo restaurant and they never responded to web submitted complaint either. I order from them often and complained - let's see - once a year - I am not someone they hear from every time I come in! I followed up with a phone call that first time a year ago and they gave the excuse they were having problems with their phone system. Uh - huh... I think the problem is with their customer service staff and not their phones. I don't care what the excuse is this time - frankly I enjoy the food and will likely keep coming back. But I really resent their lack of response to legitimate complaints submitted on their website and thought it time to ding them for this continuing customer service failure in a manner their customer service staff can't ignore as easily. They apparently think there are plenty more customers where I...

Being a part of a vibrant Persian and Arabic community, my husband and I hold a deep affinity for Mediterranean cuisine. We often find ourselves dining at various establishments and sharing our experiences with our community, making each dining adventure quite significant.

Our recent visit to Panini Kabob Grill in Crown Valley was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we entered, Kimberly greeted us warmly and displayed an incredible level of professionalism. Noticing our interest in a window table, she quickly and meticulously prepared it for us, setting a welcoming tone for the evening.

Throughout our meal, we were served by an incredibly nice waitress, whose cheerful demeanor and attentive service significantly enriched our dining experience. Additionally, a thoughtful gentleman kept our table tidy and offered us coffee, a gesture that we greatly appreciated.

Contrarily, we had a rather disappointing experience at the Panini Kabob Grill's Irvine Los olivos branch, where we encountered rudeness and a lack of customer service. This led us to advise our friends within our Persian and Arabic communities to avoid that particular branch.

However, the warm, professional service we experienced at the Crown Valley branch has completely restored our faith in the Panini Kabob Grill brand. We extend our deepest gratitude to Kimberly, our wonderful waitress, the kind gentleman who offered us coffee, and the rest of the team for their exceptional service.

Based on our delightful experience, we are enthusiastic about recommending the Crown Valley branch of Panini Kabob Grill to our community. We are eagerly looking forward to returning and continuing to enjoy their delightful dishes and...
